浅谈地铁隧道下穿铁路桥梁施工技术

摘要：本文研究的主要目的是在交通道路工程建设大力推进与基础设施不断完善的背景下，强调地铁隧道下穿铁路桥梁施工工程技术的重要性。通过以盾构下穿铁路桥梁施工技术为切口，明确具体施工技术工艺，并分别从铁路与桥梁施工两种类型出发，分析其施工全程所涉及的技术手段进行分析，以面提升地铁隧道下穿铁路桥梁施工技术含量，进而推动国家基础设施建设，满足人民群众生产生活需要。此次研究选用的是文献研究法，通过对相应文献的查找，为文章的分析提供一些理论基础。

Abstract： The main purpose of this paper is to emphasize the importance of construction engineering technology of subway tunnels underneath railway bridges under the background of vigorous promotion of traffic road engineering construction and continuous improvement of infrastructure. By taking the construction technology of shield tunneling under the railway bridge as the cut， the specific construction technology is clarified， and starting from the two types of railway and bridge construction respectively， the technical means involved in the whole construction process are analyzed， and the subway tunnel underpassing is improved. The technical content of railway bridge construction will further promote the construction of national infrastructure to meet the needs of the people in production and life. The literature research method is selected for this study， and some theoretical foundations are provided for the analysis of the article by searching the corresponding literature.

隨着我国城市化的不断推进，对于交通网络建设的诉求也日益增加，地铁隧道工程作为城市交通网络中的重要一环，其以地下施工为主占地面积较小。下穿铁路桥梁施工技术作为地铁隧道工程建设过程中的核心施工工艺，其中的盾构下穿技术在实际工程建设过程中应用广泛，对行业的现代化发展意义重大，目前亟须总结相关技术经验为后续的工程建设提供理论依据与实践基础。因此，本文此次研究的内容和提出的策略对提高地铁隧道下穿铁路桥梁施工技术水平具有理论性意义，对完善城市交通网络建设具有现实意义。

1.盾构下穿铁路桥梁施工技术概述

地铁隧道下穿铁路桥梁施工技术包括盾构下穿铁路挖掘技术与台阶法施工技术，其中盾构下穿铁路挖掘技术包括对铁路桥梁路基的土体改良工艺与把控铁路桥梁曲线的径向注浆工艺。……
