针灸理疗结合康复护理对于腰椎间盘突出的治疗效果观察

摘要：目的：对于临床上，应用针灸理疗结合康复护理对于腰椎间盘突出的治疗效果。方法：选取我院在2019年2月到2020年2月之间腰椎间盘突出症的80例患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组40例患者。通过对使用不同护理模式的患者在护理之后的情况进行对比，并分析两组患者对护理模式满意度，判断疼痛控制护理的康复效果。结果：分析之后可以发现，实验组患者的活动度也比对照组理想，差异是具有一定统计学意义的，P<0.05。结论：在对于腰间盘突出症的患者进行护理的过程中，应用针灸理疗结合康复护理模式，有效减轻患者的疼痛程度。

Abstract： Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation nursing on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups， 40 patients in each group. The patients receiving acupuncture and physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation nursing were selected as the experimental group， and the patients receiving acupuncture and physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation nursing were selected as the control group. By comparing the situation of patients using different nursing modes after nursing， and analyzing the satisfaction of two groups of patients with nursing mode， to judge the rehabilitation effect of pain control nursing. Results： after the analysis， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： in the process of nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation， the application of acupuncture and physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation nursing mode can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients， and can also increase the recovery of patients， which is worthy of use or reference in future nursing work.

在骨科临床疾病中，腰椎间盘突出属于一种比较常见的疾病，患者的主要表现是腰间盘发生局部的疼痛，这些对于患者的生活质量都造成了严重的不良影响，也降低了患者的生活质量[1-2]。可以有效的提升患者对与治疗和护理的依从性和安全性。患者在不同护理模式下的效果展开分析，现报告如下。

1.资料与方法

1.1基本资料

将接受疼痛控制护理的患者作为实验组，将接受常规护理模式的患者作为对照组。实验组患者共有18例男性患者，22例女性患者，对照组患者共有24例男性患者，16例女性患者。在对实验组以及对照组两组患者手术类型、年龄以及性别信息进行比较后，并未发现明显差异，存在一致性，P>0.05，满足对比要求。

1.2方法

对照组：对本组患者实施常规的护理方法。……
