营养护理干预在终末期肾病血液透析患者的应用效果分析

摘要：目的 分析在对终末期肾病血液透析患者进行护理的过程中将营养护理干预展开运用的作用。方法研究在本院2018年2月至2021年6月所接诊的患者中抽选50例为研究对象，按照组内盲选的方式抽选25例患者，在治疗过程中展开常规性护理，即对照组，在对剩下患者护理时则需要将营养护理干预展开运用，即观察组。分析干预效果。结果 对比患者在治疗过程中的营养状态以及生活质量、护理满意度，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对终末期肾病血液透析患者进行护理的过程中将营养护理干预展开运用，可以有效保障临床对该部分患者的护理效果，改善患者在治疗中的营养状态，促进患者会恢复。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the role of nutrition nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing hemodialysis. Methods 50patients in our hospital from February 2018to June 2021 were selected as the research object， and 25 patients were selected according to the method of blind selection in the group. Routine nursing was carried out in the process of treatment， that is， the control group. Nutrition nursing intervention should be developed and applied in the remaining patients， that is， the observation group. The intervention effect was analyzed. Results compared with the nutritional status， quality of life and nursing satisfaction， the observation group had advantages， P < 0.05. Conclusion in the process of nursing patients with end-stage renal disease hemodialysis， the application of nutritional nursing intervention can effectively guarantee the clinical nursing effect of this part of patients， improve the nutritional status of patients in the treatment， and promote the recovery of patients.

肾病在临床一直保持有较高的发生率，对于终末期患者，在治疗的过程中多需要进行血液透析治疗。在血液透析治疗的过程中受到多方面因素的作用，很容易促使患者出现营养失衡的情况[1-2]。为有效保障患者在治疗过程中的营养状态，我院就将营养护理干预运用到该部分患者治疗的过程中，具体如下：

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

研究在本院2018年2月至2021年6月所接诊的患者中抽选50例为研究对象，按照组内盲选的方式抽选25例患者，在治疗过程中展开常规性护理，即对照组，在对剩下患者护理时则需要将营养护理干预展开运用，即观察组。对照组中包括有男性患者13例，女12例，年龄分布在3—12岁间，对应均值为（6.43±1.37）。……
