程序化护理模式在乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果探讨

摘要：目的 分析在对乳腺癌术后化疗患者进行护理的过程中将程序化护理干预进行运用的作用。方法 研究共计选入患者为80例，在本院2020年2月至2021年2月所接诊，通过组内盲选的方式抽选40例患者，在术后化疗的过程中展开常规护理，作为对照组，在为剩下患者护理时则展开程序化护理干预，即观察组。分析患者的恢复情况。结果 结合对两组患者在化疗治疗过程中的心理状态以及生活质量等对比，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对乳腺癌术后化疗患者进行护理的过程中将程序化护理干预进行运用，可以有效保障对该部分患者的护理效果，帮助患者恢复。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the role of programmed nursing intervention in nursing care of breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy. Methods a total of 80 patients were selected in the study. They were treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021. 40 patients were selected by blind selection in the group. Routine nursing was carried out in the process of postoperative chemotherapy as the control group， while procedural nursing intervention was carried out for the remaining patients， namely the observation group. The recovery of the patients was analyzed. Results compared with the psychological state and quality of life of the two groups， the observation group had advantages， P < 0.05. Conclusion the application of programmed nursing intervention in nursing care of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy can effectively protect the patients' effect and help patients recover.

乳腺癌属于当前妇科最为常见的病症类型，在中老年女性群体中保持有较高的发生率，且结合临床近几年的接诊情况可以发现，在多方面因素的作用下，乳腺癌患者的数量正以较快的速度在增加[1-2]。该部分患者在术后多需要接受化疗治疗，为有效保障对该部分患者的护理效果，本次研究就侧重对程序化护理干预在该部分患者护理中的作用进行分析。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

研究共计选入患者为80例，在本院2020年2月至2021年2月所接诊，通过组内盲选的方式抽选40例患者，在术后化疗的过程中展开常规护理，作为对照组，在为剩下患者护理时则展开程序化护理干预，即观察组。在患者组成方面，对照组年龄在33—58岁间，对应均值为（48.12±1.38）。而观察组年龄在34—59岁间，对应均值为（46.27±1.09）。……
