中医护理结合雷火灸对骨折卧床患者排尿困难的影响观察

摘要：目的：分析中医护理结合雷火灸对骨折卧床患者排尿困难的影响。方法：采用随机数字表的方法，针对我院在2019年6月至2020年4月期间，收治的60例，由于骨折卧床，存在排尿困难的患者，进行随机分组，两组采取不同护理模式，对照实验组与对照组之间，护理之后复发与不良反应的概率。结果：实验组患者出现复发与不良反应的概率要低于对照组，差异有着明显的统计学意义，p<0.05。结论：对于骨折卧床患者，在排尿困难的时候应用中医护理结合雷火灸护理的模式，降低发生导尿和尿路感染的概率。

Objective： to analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with thunder fire moxibustion on dysuria of bedridden patients with fracture. Methods： using the method of random number table， 100 patients with dysuria due to fracture bedridden in our hospital from June 2019to April 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing， while the patients in the experimental group were given traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with thunder fire moxibustion， The probability of recurrence and adverse reactions after nursing. Results： the probability of recurrence and adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： for bedridden patients with fracture， TCM nursing combined with thunder fire moxibustion nursing mode can effectively improve the symptoms of dysuria， effectively reduce the recurrence rate， and reduce the probability of catheterization and urinary tract infection.

对于骨科患者来说，在临床治疗的时候，应用的是手术治疗或者是遭受创伤之后，受到了牵引与固定等各类因素影响，往往需要长期间的卧床休息[1-2]。文章主要讨论了中医护理结合雷火灸对骨折卧床患者排尿困难的影响，报告如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

采用随机数字表的方法，针对我院在2019年6月至2020年4月期间，收治的60例，对照组之中男性：女性为17：13名、患者最大年岁77岁、最小年岁51岁、平均年岁（64.8±0.9）岁。实验组之中男：女为18：12名、患者最大年岁78岁、最小年岁52岁、平均年岁（55.0±0.7）岁。统计一般资料，P值在0.05以上，就表示实验组与对照组能进行比较。

1.2方法

对照组：对于本组之中患者应用常规的护理模式。

实验组：对于本组之中的患者应用中医护理结合雷火灸护理，护士需要为病人提供一个比较理想的排尿环境，将病房门窗关闭，注意对患者的隐私做好保护，在患者的病床周围增加隔离帘，并将憋尿存在的害处及时告知患者，积极的鼓励患者进行及时排尿。……
