附着龈重建在口腔种植修复中的应用价值

摘要：目的：分析附着龈重建在口腔种植修复中的应用价值。方法：选取2020.01月-2021.01月本院收治的口腔种植患者100例，随机分成实验组（附着龈重建治疗模式）和对照组（常规治疗模式）。比对种植成功率和患者牙齿临床指标。结果：实验组48/50（96.00%）种植成功率高于对照组42/50（84.00%）（P<0.05）;实验组各项临床指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：口腔种植修复治疗中，引入附着龈重建模式，能够提升种植成功概率和牙齿指标。

Abstract： Objective： to analyze the application value of attached gingival reconstruction in oral implant repair. Methods： from January 2020 to January 2021， 100 patients with oral implant in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group （attached gingival reconstruction treatment mode） and control group （conventional treatment mode）. The implant success rate and clinical indicators of patients were compared. Results： the success rate of 48 / 50 （96.00%） in the experimental group was higher than that of 42 / 50 （84.00%） in the control group （P < 0.05）; The clinical indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the introduction of attached gingival reconstruction model can improve the implant success rate and dental index.

伴随着国民生活质量的显著提升，越发地关注口腔健康程度，针对于牙列缺失的患者来讲，一般都运用口腔修复种植治疗模式，不但能够保障牙骨和种植体可紧密连接在一起，还可以确保修复效果显著提升，进一步改善患者生活质量[1-2]。但在临床实践过程中，发现口腔种植修复治疗环节中患者种植体四周的软组织会受到各类因素的影响，导致口腔修复的效果不佳。对此，在开展治疗的时候，需要将附着龈重建引入其中，从而保障对软组织处理的效果有所提高，提升修复成功的概率。基于此，本文将主要分析附着龈重建在口腔种植修复中的应用价值，报道如下：

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2020.01月-2021.01月本院收治的口腔种植患者100例，随机分成实验组和对照组。其中实验组患者平均年龄（39.42±5.12）岁;对照组患者平均年龄（39.54±5.02）岁，一般资料，P>0.05。
