观察协同护理在帕金森病患者护理中的效果

摘要：目的 分析协同护理在帕金森病患者护理中的效果。方法 选取本院2020年3月-2020年11月期间收治的168例帕金森病患者进行研究，并采取随机电脑分号法将其分为对照A组和观察B组，各84例。给予对照A组常规护理措施，观察B组在常规护理的基础上联合使用协同护理干预措施，并对两组的生活质量和自我护理能力进行对比。结果 观察B组躯体功能、心理功能、运动功能等生活质量评分显著的比对照A组的高，疾病护理、生活自理、饮食控制等自我护理能力评分显著的比对照A组高，两组比较均呈显著差异性，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在常规护理帕金森病患者的基础上融入协同护理措施，能够显著的改善患者的日常生活质量，能够有效的对患者自我护理能力进一步提升，值得在临床中广泛的推广和应用。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of collaborative nursing in the nursing of patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods 168 patients with Parkinson's disease in our hospital from March 2020 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group A and observation group B with 84 cases in each group. The control group A was given routine nursing measures，and the observation group B was given collaborative nursing intervention measures on the basis of routine nursing，and the quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups were compared. Results the scores of physical function，psychological function，motor function and other quality of life in group B were significantly higher than those in group A. The scores of disease nursing，self-care，diet control and other self-care ability in group B were significantly higher than those in group A. There were significant differences between the two groups（P < 0.05）. Conclusion on the basis of routine nursing care of patients with Parkinson's disease into collaborative nursing measures，can significantly improve the quality of daily life of patients，can effectively improve the self-care ability of patients，it is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical.

近幾年来我国帕金森病的患者数量有着逐渐上升的趋势，该病主要临床症状是情绪低落、思维迟缓、心理障碍等，会严重的威胁患者的身心健康，现在医学研究比较重视如何提高患者的自我护理能力以及改善其生活质量【1】。本研究选取本院2020年3月-2020年11月期间收治的168例帕金森病患者作为研究对象，分析协同护理在帕金森病患者护理中的效果，取得显著的效果，现将开展过程做如下报道。
