研究综合护理在妊娠高血压综合征患者产后护理中的应用效果

摘要：目的 研究妊娠高血压综合征患者产后护理中使用综合护理的效果。方法 选择68例妊高症患者当做研究对象，选取日期为2019年12月～2020年12月，参照组和实验组分别为34例。给予参照组常规护理，给予实验组综合护理，对比两组并发症发生情况以及情绪评分。结果 两组发生情况有明显差异（P<0.05）;两组评分有明显差异（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理可以改善妊娠高血压综合征患者所出现的负性情绪，降低并发症的发生，让患者保持最佳状态接受护理，值得推广和使用。

[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing in postpartum nursing of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods Sixty-eight patients with pregnancy induced hypertension（Pih）were selected as study subjects from December 2019 to December 2020，34 patients in control group and experimental group，respectively. The Control Group received routine nursing，the experimental group received comprehensive nursing，and compared the occurrence of complications and emotional score between the two groups. Results There were significant differences between the two groups（p< 0.05），and there were significant differences in the scores between the two groups（p <0.05）. Conclusion comprehensive nursing can improve the negative emotions of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome，reduce the occurrence of complications，and let patients maintain the best state of care，which is worthy of promotion and use.

對于妊娠期的女性来说，妊娠高血压综合征是一种常见并发症，发病率较高。在患上此种疾病后，会出现四肢水肿和头晕等症状，还可能对脏器造成较为严重的损伤，威胁母婴安全【1】。再加上产后十分容易出现大出血等并发症，需要使用合理的方式为患者做好产后护理工作，确保可以改善患者所出现的症状，加快产后康复的速度。基于此，本院对妊娠高血压综合征患者产后护理中使用综合护理的效果进行了研究，报道如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

选择68例妊高症患者当做研究对象，选取日期为2019年12月～2020年12月，参照组和实验组分别为34例。参照组患者的年龄为21～38岁，平均（25.74±3.52）岁;实验组患者的年龄为22～39岁，平均（26.23±3.21）岁;两组基本资料对比，没有明显差别（P>0.05），可以进行研究。

1.2方法

参照组患者使用的是常规护理，需要叮嘱患者养成良好生活习惯，合理用药，并且对新生儿护理进行有效指导。……
