浅谈内燃机机械设备管理常见问题及维修策略

摘要：随着科学技术的进步，内燃机性能也在不断提升，并在各个领域得到广泛应用。作为一种机械设备，内燃机发挥了重要作用，为机械产品提供了强大的动力，使其能够为人类的生产生活提供便利。但在内燃机使用过程中，难免会出现故障与问题，这就会导致机械无法正常运行，影响到人们的生产和生活。因此，时常检测和维修内燃机很有必要，可以有效降低因内燃机故障而带来的一系列问题。本文对内燃机机械设备管理维修常见问题进行了深入研究，并提出一些具体维修策略。

Abstract： With the progress of science and technology， the performance of internal combustion engine is also constantly improving， and has been widely used in various fields. As a kind of mechanical equipment， the internal combustion engine plays an important role in providing powerful power for mechanical products and facilitating human's production and life. However， in the process of using internal combustion engine， there will inevitably be failures and problems， which will lead to the machinery can not operate normally， affecting people's production and life. Therefore， it is necessary to detect and maintain the internal combustion engine frequently， which can effectively reduce a series of problems caused by internal combustion engine failure. In this paper， the common problems of management and maintenance of internal combustion engine mechanical equipment are deeply studied， and some specific maintenance strategies are put forward.

0  引言

隨着时代的发展，内燃机在汽车、工程机械设备等领域有广泛的应用，这是工业革命以来内燃机为人类社会所做出的重大贡献，全面地解放了人类的生产力，推动了人类生活水平的提高和社会文明的发展。内燃机的使用特点是高频率和高强度，往往需要内燃机长时间输出强大动力，因此内燃机的损耗在所难免。内燃机管理维修的目的是降低内燃机的故障率，避免内燃机在正常工作当中突然出现问题，如今内燃机技术也在不断更新换代，相关的维修要求也在提高，只有熟悉掌握常见内燃机故障或问题类型，并了解其中的技术要点，才能够快速使内燃机恢复正常工作，在维护和修理内燃机的过程中，也应该多采用新技术，比如激光熔覆、冷焊、热喷涂与电刷镀等增材修复技术。……
