基于SWOT分析的珠三角森林生态廊道提质对策探讨

摘要：建设珠三角森林生态廊道有助于构建粤港澳大湾区生态安全屏障，是建设高品质森林城市群的内在要求，也是推进区域生态一体化的主要途径。在论述森林生态廊道的基本概念、类型及划分标准和总体布局的基础上，对珠三角地区森林生态廊道进行SWOT分析，从森林质量提升、裸露地复绿、裸露地复绿、协调生态保护与惠民目标等方面的为珠三角森林生态廊道整体提升提出对策。

Abstract：The construction of the Pearl River Delta Forest Ecological Corridor integrates the ecological security barriers of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is an inherent requirement for the construction of a high-quality forest city cluster and the main way to promote regional ecological integration. Based on the basic concepts and types， delineation standards of forest ecological corridors，  and overall layout of forest ecological corridor， SWOT analysis of forest ecological corridors in the Pearl River Delta was proposed.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the overall improvement of the forest ecological corridor in the Pearl River Delta from the aspects of forest quality improvement， bare land restoration， and coordination of ecological protection and the goal of benefiting the people. 森林作为陆地生态系统服务的主体，其安全性和完整性对人类的福祉有重要影响[1]。目前，党中央和国务院高度重视森林城市建设，习近平总书记提出“要搞好城市内绿化，使城市适宜绿化的地方都绿起来;搞好城市周边绿化，充分利用不适宜耕作的土地开展绿化造林;搞好城市群绿化，扩大城市之间的生态空间”。

珠三角城市群作为我国第一个建设的国家级森林城市群，仍存在生态破碎化、区域连通性不高等問题。在生态文明建设的时代背景及珠三角森林生态廊道建设的推动下，珠三角地区的生产、生活及生态空间质量将同步提升，抢抓“森林生态廊道”建设的重大机遇，以期通过森林生态廊道的规划建设而有效加强粤港澳生态环境保护合作，改善生态环境系统，构建粤港澳大湾区生态安全屏障。本人基于SWOT分析珠三角森林生态廊道，针对性的提出提质对策。
