摘 要:对部分芹菜品种和转育获得的相应CMS不育系材料进行了叶斑病抗性田间观察鉴定。结果表明,在参试的39个品种中有3个表现为高抗,9个为抗病,9个为中抗,14个为感病,4个为高感,没有发现免疫品种。芹菜CMS不育系(A)与相应保持系(B)的叶斑病抗性基本相同,说明芹菜育种材料叶斑病抗性能力能够通过多代回交方式進行转育,抗性水平保持不变。

Abstract:The resistance of some celery accessions and corresponding transferred CMS lines to early blight (Cercospora apii Fres.) was observed and identified in the field. The results showed that among the 39 varieties tested, 3 varieties were high resistant, 9 varieties were resistant, 9 varieties were moderate resistant, 14 varieties were susceptive and 4 varieties were high susceptive,and no immune varieties were found. Meanwhile,the CMS line (A) and its corresponding maintainer line (B) of celery had almost the same resistance to early blight, indicating that the resistance of celery could be transferred through multiple generations backcross, and the resistance level remained unchanged.

芹菜叶斑病,又叫芹菜早疫病,是一种由半知菌亚门芹菜尾孢菌(Cercospora apii Fres.)引起的芹菜真菌性病害,主要危害芹菜叶片、叶柄和花茎,对芹菜产量和品质影响极大。该病最早由德国人Fresenius于1863年首次发现,随后在美国也开始蔓延[1],很快成为佛罗里达、俄亥俄等地最为严重的芹菜病害[2-3],造成的产量损失多达50%以上[4]。在我国,叶斑病一直是许多地区芹菜生产中的一种常发病害,随着芹菜保护地栽培面积的扩大,叶斑病危害程度逐年加重[5-6]。目前国内外进行芹菜叶斑病防治主要依靠施用各种杀菌剂[7-8]。据Lacy等[4]报道,美国佛罗里达州为了防治芹菜叶斑病,在3个月芹菜生长季一般要喷施20~40次杀菌剂,这不仅显著提高了芹菜生产成本[9],还增加了农药残留安全隐患。
人们早已认识到,选育抗病品种是农作物病害防治所有手段中最为经济、有效、环保的。但目前有关芹菜叶斑病抗性材料鉴定方面的研究报道非常有限,为此,本研究利用现有芹菜育种材料进行叶斑病抗性田间鉴定研究,为加快抗病品种的选育和利用提供科学依据。……
