浅谈整车底盘异响排查思路

摘要：现代社会，汽车已经成为人们生活中普遍的代步工具，车辆的维修和保养也备受重视，对于车辆底盘故障的问题诊断，往往是根据有阅历的师傅传授经验排查问题，无法系统的短期培养出全方面人才，这样更无法跟上现在快速发展中的汽车市场，本文通过对发生过的故障现象进行多方面、有针对性的全面分析，总结出行之有效的处理方法。从车身架构、配置、零部件质量及员工装配过程中操作失误所出现的问题等方面分析原因和控制措施探讨，介绍了整车底盘异响的问题排查原因分析和维修措施，为整车异响排查问题的解决提供了系统化的借鉴和参考。

Abstract： In modern society， cars have become a common means of transportation in people's lives， and the repair and maintenance of vehicles are also highly valued. The diagnosis of vehicle chassis failures is often based on the experience of experienced masters to troubleshoot problems， which is not systematic in the short-term Cultivate all-round talents， so that they can't keep up with the fast-developing automobile market. This article conducts a comprehensive， targeted and comprehensive analysis of the failure phenomena that have occurred， and summarizes effective treatment methods. Analyze the causes and control measures from the aspects of body structure， configuration， component quality and operational errors in the assembly process of employees， and discuss the reasons for the troubleshooting of the abnormal noise of the whole vehicle chassis and maintenance measures. The solution of troubleshooting problems provides a systematic reference and reference.

0  引言

目前我国的汽车产业已经进入了快速发展的时间段，不仅引进外资企业技术，也同时设计研发自主品牌，对于现代的汽车维修技术和科技含量越来越高。随着当代新能源汽车技术的不断成熟完善，对汽车的维修行业的科技含量、汽车的维修手段的现代化、汽车维修方式的科学化等提出了更高的要求。[1]但是，现发展中的汽车企业中，不论是传统汽车还是新能源汽车，汽车的底盘对汽车整车主要占比水平来讲都是必不可少的主要组成部分。同时针对汽车厂商对市场上出现的整车异响问题原因排查，是汽车装配过程中需要着重关注和解决顾客生成抱怨的问题根本，汽车整车异响涉及的因素是多方面，对于整车底盘异响原因分析较为复杂，是批量生产制造整车中客户对于NVH体验及质量控制的重点之一。……
