机电设备自动化改造及维护探讨

摘要：机电设备作为企业及社会经济发展的重要设施设备，做好自动化改造与维护工作至关重要。通过自动化改造与维护机电设备，能够及时发现并解决潜在故障问题，提高机电设备运行质量及效率，节约人力资本投入，在满足企业发展需求的同时，提高企业核心竞争力与综合实力，创造更高的经济效益与社会效益。基于此，本文首先概述了机电设备自动化改造及维护的意义;其次分析了机电设备自动化改造维护现状及问题;接着分析了机电设备自动化改造与维护要点;最后探讨了机电设备自动化改造与维护对策。

Abstract： As an important facility for the development of enterprises and social economy， electromechanical equipment is very important for automation transformation and maintenance. Through automated transformation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment， potential failures can be found and resolved in time， improved the quality and efficiency of electromechanical equipment operation， and save human capital investment. While meeting the development needs of the enterprise， it can improve the core competitiveness and comprehensive strength of the enterprise and create a higher level. The economic and social benefits. Based on this， this article first summarizes the significance of mechanical and electrical equipment automation transformation and maintenance; secondly， it analyzes the current status and problems of mechanical and electrical equipment automation transformation and maintenance; then analyzes the key points of mechanical and electrical equipment automation transformation and maintenance; finally， discusses the countermeasures of mechanical and electrical equipment automation transformation and maintenance.

0  引言

新时期，新环境下，机电设备的应用越来越广泛，同时对于机电设备创新提出了更高的要求。在过去的一段时间里，机电设备的应用需要以人工操作为主，不仅效率低，而且易于出现差错，进而影响工作质量。在此情形下，积极做好对机电设备的自动化改造与维护工作显得尤为重要，这是提升机电设备自动化水平，确保机电设备安全可靠应用的重要举措。

1  机电设备自动化改造及维护的意义概述

首先，机电设备作为企业生产制造所必不可缺的设备，当前以往传统的机电设备逐渐落后，因而对其操作、功能等提出了更高的要求。为更好的满足新时期企业生产发展需求，要积极做好机电设备自动化改造维护工作，赋予其更加先进和完善的功能，为企业发展提供支撑，同时也助推企业经济快速发展。……
