提高汽车零部件加工精度的有效措施

摘要：近几年，在社会快速发展下，我国的工业技术发展速度也越来越快，特别是在工业4.0快速发展背景下，制造行业转型的速度也在不断的提升，在制造业发展过程中，规范化、保准化及精准化，在目前已经成为了其发展中的重要内容。在我国制造业中，汽车是其发展中的重要部分，同时其实现产业转型升级也迫在眉睫。汽车的整体质量，是其零部件的精度来直接决定的，因此，加强和控制汽车零部件的精度，是提高汽车制造业稳定发展的一个重要前提。文章在研究时，首先对汽车零部件精度的影响因素进行了分析，并探索了汽车零部件精度控制的措施。

Abstract： In recent years， under the rapid development of society， my country's industrial technology has developed faster and faster， especially in the context of the rapid development of Industry 4.0， the speed of transformation of the manufacturing industry has also been continuously improved. In terms of standardization， standardization and precision， it has now become an important part of its development. In my country's manufacturing industry， automobiles are an important part of its development， and its realization of industrial transformation and upgrading is also imminent. The overall quality of an automobile is directly determined by the accuracy of its parts. Therefore， strengthening and controlling the accuracy of automobile parts is an important prerequisite for improving the stable development of automobile manufacturing. When researching， the article first analyzes the influencing factors of the accuracy of auto parts， and explores the measures to control the accuracy of auto parts.

0  引言

在汽车制造中，最关键环节就是汽车零部件的加工，因为，其加工的精度，会直接影响汽车整体的质量。在加工过程中，一旦其精度达不到相关标准要求，其不但会给汽车生产造成一定的影响，同时还会给汽车带来一些安全隐患[1]。所以，汽车制造也要想稳定发展，就一定要严格控制汽车零部件的加工精度。在实际加工中，机械加工工艺是影响零部件精度的主要原因，所以，在制造也转型升级发展下，需要加强机械加工工艺水平，降低其工艺对精度的影响，保障零部件加工精度达到相关标准，进而促进汽车行业的稳定发展。
