基于UG的多功能焊接操作台三维设计及制造

摘要：设计并制造一种关于高职院校焊接实训的多功能焊接操作台。采用UG三维设计软件进行结构设计，有效的防止焊接操作台的零部件的干涉，使整体的设计过程更加高效，该焊接操作台可以满足高职学生考取高级焊工证的位置需求，如板材平位置焊接、板材立位置焊接、管材45°角度的焊接，且焊接操作台高度可调，有效的减缓了学生实训的工作强度。

Abstract： Design and manufacture a multifunctional welding console for welding training in higher vocational colleges. The UG three-dimensional design software is used for structural design， which effectively prevents the interference of the parts of the welding console and makes the overall design process more efficient. The welding console can meet the position requirements of higher vocational students to obtain the senior welder certificate， such as the flat position of the plate Welding， plate vertical position welding， pipe welding at a 45° angle， and the height of the welding console is adjustable， which effectively slows down the work intensity of students' practical training.

0  引言

随着焊接工艺在工业中的应用越来越广泛，人们对焊接工艺的要求也越来越严格，其中焊条电弧焊是应用最普遍、最基础的熔化焊焊接方法。对于机械加工类的高职毕业生而言，高级焊工证是必须要考取的，其中考核的内容就包含了不同材料的多种焊接位置。然而，在很多高校焊接实训过程中，焊接操作台的功能单一，结构简单，由于焊接夹具的缺少，使得学生实训过程中存在安全隐患。基于此，设计制造一种焊接操作台，满足学生焊接实训练习，为考取高级焊工作证做好硬件准备，让学生在焊接技能方面，更好的与企业相对接。

1  焊接操作台在国内外研究现状及趋势

1.1 焊接操作台多为非标准化设备

焊接操作台的关键在夹具，而焊接夹具的社会协作制造条件较差，如《浅谈汽车焊接夹具的设计机构研究与发展趋势》中提到，大多数企业及高校专业培训时，很多是根据各自的需求，独自进行设计制造，因此焊接操作臺的零部件多为非标准化零件。……
