中药熏洗联合功能康复锻炼在踝关节骨折微创术后患者康复护理中的干预价值

【摘要】目的：分析中藥熏洗结合功能康复锻炼对踝关节骨折微创术患者的护理作用。方法：本次研究选取2017年1月至2020年7月于我院就诊的58例踝关节骨折微创术患者作为观察对象，通过随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组，每组29例。对照组进行单一康复锻炼护理，观察组则在其基础上加入中药熏洗护理。比较两组患者于护理前后的跖屈角度和背伸角度等踝关节主动活动度；利用视觉模拟疼痛评分量表（VAS）比较两组患者的疼痛程度。结果：护理前，两组患者的跖屈角度和背伸角度以及VAS评分比较均无明显差别，没有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理后，观察组患者的跖屈角度和背伸角度均比对照组大，VAS评分较对照组更低，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：应用中药熏洗与功能康复锻炼联合对踝关节骨折微创术患者进行护理，能够增强患者的踝关节活动能力，减轻患者的关节疼痛症状，具有高效的临床价值。

Intervention value of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with functional rehabilitation exercise in rehabilitation nursing of patients after minimally invasive ankle fracture

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with functional rehabilitation exercise on minimally invasive surgery patients with ankle fractures. Methods： In this study， 58 patients with minimally invasive ankle fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2020 were taken as the observation objects. The 58 patients were divided into the control group and observation by random number table method. Group， the number of patients in both groups is 29 cases. The control group received a single rehabilitation exercise nursing， and the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine fumigation nursing. The two groups of patients were compared before and after nursing， such as plantar flexion angle and back extension angle of the ankle joint active mobility； visual analog pain scale （VAS） was used to compare the pain degree of the two groups. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant difference in the plantar flexion angle and back extension angle and VAS score of the two groups of patients， and there was no statistical significance （P<0.05）； after nursing， the observation group had both It is larger than the control group， the VAS score is lower than that of the control group， and the difference is statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and functional rehabilitation exercises for the nursing of patients undergoing minimally invasive ankle fractures can enhance the patients’ ankle joint mobility and reduce their joint pain symptoms， which has high clinical value.

踝关节骨折是普遍易发的骨科疾病之一，其通常是因直接或者间接的暴力引发，日常生活中，跌倒、交通事故、坠落等都有可能致使踝关节骨折，发病人群以男性居多[1]。踝关节骨折的症状表现为踝部肿痛、踝关节畸形等，若患者不及时治疗将影响患者的行走能力，降低生活质量。踝关节骨折微创术是临床中广泛应用的手术治疗方式，能够有效纠正患者的踝关节，改善患者疼痛等症状。……
