急诊心理护理对急诊患者护理效果的影响分析

【摘要】目的：评析急诊患者应用心理护理对于提升护理效果的作用。方法：选取我院2019年2月至2020年2月接诊的急诊患者98例，使用抽签法分为对照组（方法：常规护理）和观察组（方法：急诊心理护理），每组各49例，对比两组急诊患者的整体护理效果。结果：观察组收缩压（125.36±11.52）mmHg、舒张压（82.54±4.64）mmHg、心率（81.26±5.13）次/min均小于对照组（P<0.05），具有统计学意义；观察组的SCL-90评分，包括焦虑（1.20±0.11）分、恐惧（0.91±0.11）分、抑郁（0.84±0.11）分、强迫症状（0.84±0.13）分均小于对照组（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。观察组的治疗依从性（97.96%）高于对照组（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。观察组的护理满意度评分（92.45±2.55）分高于对照组（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：急诊患者应用心理护理效果显著，可以稳定患者的血压和心率，有利于提升患者的治疗依从性，改善护理满意度，值得在临床护理中进行推广使用。

Analysis of the influence of emergency psychological nursing on the nursing effect of emergency patients

[Abstract] Objective： To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing on improving the nursing effect of emergency patients. Methods： 98 cases of emergency patients in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into control group （method： routine nursing） and observation group（method： emergency psychological nursing）， with 49 cases in each group. The overall nursing effect of two groups of emergency patients was compared. Results： the systolic blood pressure （125.36±11.52） mmHg， diastolic blood pressure （82.54±4.64） mmHg， heart rate （81.26±5.13） times / min of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）， with statistical significance； the SCL-90 scores of the observation group， including anxiety （1.20±0.11）， fear （0.91±0.11）， depression （0.84±0.11）， obsessive-compulsive symptoms （0.84±0.13）， were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）， with statistical significance. The treatment compliance of the observation group （97.96%） was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）， with statistical significance. The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group （92.45±2.55） was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）， with statistical significance. Conclusion： the application of psychological nursing in emergency patients has significant effect， which can stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate of patients， improve the treatment compliance of patients， and improve the nursing satisfaction， which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.

急診科是医院重要的急救科室，科室主要接待和治疗危重患者，对患者进行快速抢救，患者接受治疗后立即控制病情，提高患者的成功率，缩短患者的抢救时间，更好地降低死亡率。常规护理主要以治疗为中心，难以满足患者的生理与心理需求。然而，随着护理学研究的发展，患者生理、心理的护理已成为护理工作研究的重点[1]。在手术室的急救过程中，多数患者会出现不适感，产生各种心理问题[2]。不良的情绪和心理并对手术治疗的效果产生较大的负面影响。近年来，越来越多的研究认识到心理因素对治疗的作用，对心理护理的研究越来越多[3]。……
