“区块链”技术在图书馆人力资源方面的应用研究

【摘  要】随着我国科学技术水平的不断提升，新的核心技术在各个领域得到广泛应用。作为当前核心的数据技术，“区块链”技术在相关领域已经得到有效应用。人力资源管理一直是图书馆管理的重要组成部分，为进一步促进图书馆人力资源管理工作的开展，图书馆已经运用“区块链”技术对图书馆人力资源进行管理，确保图书馆人力资源管理工作的高效运转。论文对图书馆人力资源管理的现状展开论述，并且阐述了图书馆人力资源管理存在的问题，结合“区块链”技术给出了科学合理的解决方案，旨在进一步促进图书馆人力资源管理工作的稳步开展。

【Abstract】With the continuous improvement of China's science and technology level， new core technology has been widely used in various fields. As the current core data technology， "blockchain" technology has been effectively applied in related fields. Human resources management has always been an important part of library management. In order to further promote the development of library human resources management work， the library has used "blockchain" technology to manage library human resources to ensure the efficient operation of library human resources management work. The paper discusses the current situation of library human resources management， and expounds the problems existing in library human resources management， combined with "blockchain" technology to give a scientific and reasonable solution， which aims to further promote the steady development of library human resources management work.

1 引言

“区块链”技术目前已经得到社会各界的广泛关注。“区块链”技术由于去中心化和数据加密等技术的运用，保证了数据的真实有效，其对于各领域的信息保存和信息核实作用巨大。图书馆人力资源管理一直存在许多问题，针对这些问题相关人员也积极进行探讨，但是并未从根本上解决问题。其最大的阻碍来自图书馆人力资源不足且工作效率低下，来自图书馆人力资源部门不能够统计真实有效的数据为图书馆相关管理层提供参考数据。而应用“区块链”技术，完全可以满足图书馆负责人的数据需求，因此，“区块链”技术在图书馆人力资源方面被广泛运用且取得的效果显著。……
