现代物流管理专业育人模式实践研究

【摘要】 现代物流管理专业以育人为根本，在人才培养过程中以全方位育人和高质量就业为目标，将PDCA质量管理方法用于人才培养方案以及课程教学的持续改革与调整，整体呈现螺旋式上升的状态，确保人才培养精准对接产业链需求，建立“三融合”育人管理体系，形成了三点一线的发展模式。

Abstract： The modern logistics management major is based on educating people，and in the process of talent training，it aims at all-round education and high-quality employment. The PDCA quality management method is used in the talent training plan and the continuous reform and adjustment of curriculum teaching，showing a spiral as a whole. The rising status ensures that the training of talents accurately meets the needs of the industry chain，and the establishment of a "three integration" education management system has formed a three-point and one-line development model.

現代物流作为基础服务行业，近年来在技术的带动下发展迅猛，形成了融“物联网+物流”“云计算”“大数据”等信息技术与“无人车”“无人机”“无人仓”等高科技产品为一体的智慧物流体系，物流业发生了翻天覆地的变化，对人才的需求也在不断升级。

物流人才培养如何精准对接区域产业发展需求，是专业建设中的一个难题。2015年我校开设现代物流管理专业，连续几年进行行业、企业、毕业生三方调研，明显捕捉到物流行业对人才需求的动态变化，以及存在学生的职业技能水平不高、职业素养跟不上岗位需求、综合素质水平较低等问题，针对上述问题，逐步探索出了基于PDCA循环法的三融合三点一线育人模式，持续更新人才培养方案，逐步提升人才培养质量，形成了一整套育人体系和管理体系。

1 人才培养问题分析

1.1 人才培养目标定位问题

高职院校以培养技能人才为主要目标，主要服务于区域经济发展。现代物流管理专业主要培养物流企业和企业物流部门所需的仓储、采购、车辆调度、物流服务等领域所需的技术技能人才。……
