慢性牙周炎护理中的综合护理方式分析

【摘要】目的：分析探讨综合护理方式在慢性牙周炎护理中的价值与效果。方法：将我院口腔科2019年12月至2020年5月接诊的178例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象，按照患者入院时间均分为研究组和对照组，每组各89例。对照组患者接受常规护理方式，研究组接受综合护理方式，进而对两组患者护理前后的菌斑指数（PLI）和牙龈指数（GI）加以比较。结果：护理前两组患者的PLI与GI比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理2周后两组患者的PLI与GI均有所下降，且研究组PLI与GI均低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：给予慢性牙周炎患者综合护理方式可有效改善口腔卫生状况，临床应用价值显著。

Analysis of comprehensive nursing methods in chronic periodontitis nursing

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the value and effect of comprehensive nursing in chronic periodontitis. Methods： 178 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from December 2019 to May 2020 were selected as study subjects. According to the time of admission， the patients were divided into study group and control group， with 89 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing care， while those in the study group received comprehensive nursing care. The plaque index （PLI） and gingival index （GI） of patients in the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results： there was no statistically significant difference between PLI and GI in the two groups before nursing（P>0.05）. After 2 weeks of nursing， both PLI and GI in the two groups decreased， and PLI and GI in the study group were lower than those in the control group， with statistically significant difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing care for patients with chronic periodontitis can effectively improve the oral health status， and the value of bed application is significant.

在慢性牙周炎的治疗上，临床认为其治疗目标首先是需要有效清除菌斑、牙石等病因刺激物，并在消除牙龈炎症的基础上争取适当的牙周组织再生，使疗效可以长期稳定的保持[1]。鉴于牙菌斑是导致慢性牙周炎的影响因素，在进行治疗时需要做好相应的护理干预，以此提升治疗的总体效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料 将我院口腔科2019年12月至2020年5月接诊的178例慢性牙周炎患者按照入院时间均分为研究组和对照组，每组各89例。研究组患者中男56例、女33例，年龄58～78岁，平均年龄（68.5±6.2）岁；对照组患者中男54例、女35例，年龄56～78岁，平均年龄（67.8±7.1）岁。两组患者年龄比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），可以参与本次研究。

1.2方法 对照组接受常规护理，指导患者观看慢性牙周炎护理宣教视频，对于患者存在疑问的内容及时給予解答，确保患者可以明确掌握牙线的使用方法、Bass刷牙法及牙缝刷的相关知识。……
