五虎合剂联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗甲型流感样发热聚集性患者的临床效果

[摘要]目的探究甲型 H1N1流感（简称“甲型流感”）样发热聚集性患者予以五虎合剂联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗的临床效果。方法纳入试验研究的200例甲型流感样发热聚集性患者均为桂林市中医医院收治，入组时间为2020年7月至2021年6月，按随机数字表法分为两组，每组各100例。对照组仅予以常规西药磷酸奥司他韦治疗，研究组基于对照组配合五虎合剂治疗，对比两组总有效率、细胞免疫指標及不良反应发生情况。结果在治疗效果方面，研究组的总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的79.00%（ P <0.05）;治疗后研究组的 CD4+、IgM 及 IgA 水平高于对照组，且研究组与对照组治疗后的 CD4+、IgM 及 IgA 水平高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）;研究组不良反应总发生率为4.00%，低于对照组的16.00%（P <0.05）。结论甲型流感样发热聚集性患者予五虎合剂联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗，可改善患者细胞免疫指标，提高临床疗效，减少不良反应，改善用药预后效果，保证安全治疗，临床实践价值较高。

Clinical effect of Wuhu Mixture combined with oseltamivir phosphate on patients with a cluster of influenza A-like fever

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wuhu Mixture combined with oseltamivir phosphate in the treatment of patients with a cluster of influenza A （H1N1）-like fever. Methods A total of 200 patients with a cluster of H1N1-like fever were admitted to Guilin Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Guangxi from July 2020 to June 2021， and were randomly divided into two groups， with 100 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with oseltamivir phosphate， and the study group was treated with Wuhu Mixture combined with the same medication of the control group. The total effective rate， cellular immune indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results In terms of therapeutic effect， the total effective rate of 96.00% in the study group， which was higher than the 79.00% of the control group （P <0.05）. The levels of CD4+， IgM and IgA in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment， and the CD4+， IgM and IgA levels of the study group and the control group after treatment were higher than before treatment， the difference was statistically significant （P <0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00% of the study group， which was lower than the 16.00% of the control group （P <0.05）. Conclusion Wuhu Mixture combined with oseltamivir phosphate can improve the cellular immune indexes， increase the clinical efficacy， prevent adverse reactions， improve the prognosis and decrease safe treatment in patients with a cluster of H1N1-like fever. It is of high value in clinical practice.

甲型 H1N1流感（简称“甲型流感”）起源为北美洲，并快速蔓延至全球，每年的流感病例为6～12亿，且病死率可达8%[1]。该疾病是一种传染流行病，感染率较高，需尽早救治，但现代科学研究并未提出完善的治疗措施，其病毒主要通过呼吸道传播，经直接或间接接触快速蔓延，其诊断标准为出现流感样临床表现，甲型流感病毒检测阳性。现阶段常以神经氨酸酶抑制剂作为西医治疗药物，西药磷酸奥司他韦虽抗病毒作用良好，但病毒变异性较强，难以获取理想的单纯抗病毒治疗效果[2]，不适合单独使用，需配合中医治疗，联合治疗可实现相互作用，缓解患者病理损伤。五虎合剂具有清热解毒、益气利湿的功效，可减轻磷酸奥司他韦的耐药性，且中药具有普遍性，能够节约成本，有效减少不良反应。……
