甘油110mL灌肠剂灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎40例及护理措施

【摘要】目的：研究甘油110 mL灌肠剂灌肠和护理措施治疗急性胰腺炎的效果。方法：将80例急性胰腺炎随机分为观察组与对照组，每组40例。对照组进行常规的治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用甘油110 mL灌肠剂灌肠治疗和护理。结果：甘油110 mL灌肠剂灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎在腹痛、腹胀缓解时间、住院时间上明显短于常规治疗法（P<0.05）。结论：甘油110 mL灌肠剂灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎能加快症状的缓解，提高疗效，促进患者恢复，值得临床采用。

40 cases of acute pancreatitis treated by Enema with 110 mL glycerin enema and nursing measures

[Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of 110 mL glycerin enema and nursing measures in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods： 80 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment， while the observation group received enema with glycerin 110mL on the basis of conventional treatment. Results： the abdominal pain， abdominal distension relief time and hospitalization time of 110 mL glycerin enema in the treatment of acute pancreatitis were significantly shorter than those of conventional treatment （P<0.05）. Conclusion： glycerin 110mL enema in the treatment of acute pancreatitis can accelerate the remission of symptoms， improve the curative effect and promote the recovery of patients， which is worthy of clinical application.

急性胰腺炎是指多种病因使胰酶在胰腺内被激活引起胰腺组织自身消化，从而导致水肿、出血甚至坏死的炎症反应。临床主要表现为急性上腹痛、恶心、呕吐、发热、血和尿淀粉酶或脂肪酶增高[1]。在治疗上常采用禁食禁饮，安置胃管行胃肠减压，静脉输液补充血容量，液维持水、电解质及酸碱平衡，抑酸、抑酶、止痛，预防和抗感染治疗。急性胰腺炎患者入院时疼痛腹胀明显，为了减轻患者腹胀、腹痛等不适的症状，我科采用了甘油110 mL灌肠剂灌肠方式，促进肠蠕动[2]，改善患者腹胀及腹痛症状，同时，采取有效的护理措施提高了治疗急性胰腺炎的效果，先将研究结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料 选取消化内科2018年2月至2020年2月收治的急性胰腺炎80例，经CT检查和血淀粉酶、脂肪酶检查确定为急性胰腺炎，80例患者均伴有腹痛腹胀的症状，排除妊娠期、哺乳期妇女、依从性差、药物过敏及合并其他心血管及肛周疾病的患者。……
