建设与中医外科学学科特点相结合的多元化教学模式的探索

【摘要】中医外科学基础教学是其发挥临床作用的奠基，建设与学科特点相适应的多元化教学模式，从而提高教学效果，对于中医外科学学科的建设、成熟与发展以及中医外科人才的培养至关重要。

The exploration of the diversified teaching mode combining with the characteristics of TraditionalChinese surgery

[Abstract] The basic teaching of traditionalChinese surgery is the foundation of its clinical function， and the construction of a diversified teaching mode corresponding to the characteristics of the discipline， so as to improve the teaching effect， is of great importance to the construction， maturity and development of the discipline of traditional Chinese surgery， as well as the training of surgical personnel of traditional Chinese medicine.

中医外科学是源远的中医学经过摒除陈旧过时理论，临床实践反复检验效果，具有实际临床教学意义的新时代产物，是一门具有现代性、实用性、科学性、实践性的二级学科[1]。

其学科特点鲜明，强调理论与操作的配套，地域与外治的结合[2]。若想发挥中医外科学学科优势，放大临床实际效果，就必须着眼于“奠基石”教学。而学科特点是教学前提，模式是教学的关键环节，临床实践是教学的最终手段。因此，打造与学科特点相适应，与时代背景相结合的多元化教学模式，在此教学模式的基础上实现“教、学、做”一体化[3]进而改善教学效果、提高教学质量、培养中医外科人才以及建设、发展中医外科学学科。

1 中醫外科学学科特点及教学中所衍生的问题

中医外科学发展至今仍焕发活力和生命力，是对其临床价值最大的证明。中医外科学现已独立发展为中医外科学学科，全国中医类高校均设置中医外科教研室对其开展发掘、继承、传承、教学和临床。作为教师若是想要将中医外科学的基础知识高质量的传授给学生们，首先就要了解中医外科学自身所具有的独特的学科特点，依据特点课前备课，有的放矢。……
