新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间南宁市采供血应急管理策略探讨

【摘要】在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期間，采供血机构面临多重压力。采取多部门协同合作模式、借助“互联网+无偿献血”建立应急献血队伍和宣传策略等应急管理措施有助于疫情的防控及采供血工作的顺利开展。也建议结合采供血行业的特点制定针对性更强，更为合理有效的应急管理规范。

[Abstract] Blood banks faced multiple pressuresduring the prevention and control of COVID-19. Emergency management measures such as the multidepartment cooperation model， the establishment of emergency blood donation teams and publicity strategies with the help of “Internet + unpaid blood donation”cuoldhelp the prevention and control of the epidemic and the smooth development of blood collection and supply. It is also recommended to formulate a more targeted and more reasonable and effective emergency management standard based on the characteristics of the blood collection and supply industry.

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发以来，发展速度快，波及范围广，现已成为全球的公共卫生威胁。突发公共卫生事件时如何保障安全充足的血液，是采供血机构亟需解决的重要问题[1]。南宁中心血站是广西首府南宁市唯一一家采供血机构，承担着全市75家医疗机构的血液供应任务。疫情发生后，南宁中心血站立即启动各项应急措施，在做好疫情防控工作的同时，努力保障全市血液供给。现将我站在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间的应急管理措施汇报如下。

1 疫情期间南宁市采供血形势分析

新型冠状病毒肺炎（2019-nCoV）在我国列为乙类传染病，甲类管理，人群普遍易感。为防控新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情，广西壮族自治区于2020年1月24日23时起启动重大突发公共卫生事件I级响应，要求减少公众聚集活动，立即停止存在明显交叉感染风险的公众聚集活动。受疫情防控影响，南宁市采供血工作面临严峻形势。
