岭南习用药材牛大力治疗骨伤疾病的研究进展

【摘要】概述了牛大力的岭南生草药来源、药理作用及临床应用，阐明牛大力的中药治疗和主治疾病，具体阐述了牛大力在治疗骨伤疾病方面的中医药特色运用和目前使用的成药产品。牛大力对以肝肾不足、气滞血瘀、湿热闭阻等证型为主的脊柱及关节疾病、骨折创伤、骨质疏松症、肢体感觉及运动功能的恢复都有很好的治疗及预防作用。

[Abstract] An overview of Niu Dali’s Ling nan herbal medicine sources， pharmacological effects and clinical applications， clarify Niu Dali’s traditional Chinese medicine treatment and treatment of diseases， and specifically explain Niu Dali’s traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bone diseases and currently used patent medicine products. Niu Dali has a good treatment and treatment for spinal and joint diseases， fracture trauma， osteoporosis， recovery of limb sensation and motor function， mainly due to liver and kidney deficiency， qi stagnation and blood stasis， damp heat obstruction and other syndromes. 岭南地区特色习用药材牛大力，为蝶形花科植物美丽崖豆藤的干燥根，又称倒吊金钟、九龙串珠、猪脚笠、土杜仲、扒山虎、山莲藕等，主产自两广及海南、福建等地，是一味需求量大、资源匮乏的药食同源型道地药材。近年来有关牛大力的实验及临床研究主要涉及药理学和药效学方面，而有关其临床疗效报道少见。针对牛大力药理作用的概况主要为抗炎、抗癌、祛痰镇咳平喘、保肝、降血尿酸、增强免疫力、抗疲勞、抗氧化作用等，临床上常见其用于治疗慢性支气管炎、慢性肝炎、咳嗽、腰肌劳损、风湿及退变性骨关节炎、遗精、白带等疾病。目前有关牛大力中医疗效和主治疾病的研究报道较少，尤其在牛大力治疗骨伤疾病的中医药特色治疗方面，本文就近十年来有关岭南习用药材牛大力的中药治疗和骨伤疾病的特色运用进行归纳综述，并对今后牛大力在中医药领域发挥其特色优势进行展望。……
