SHEL事故分析法应用于院前急救护理管理中对护理缺陷发生率的影响

【摘要】目的：探究SHEL事故分析法应用于院前急救护理管理中对护理缺陷发生率的影响。方法：对2019年2月至2019年8月期间我院院前急救发生的护理缺陷40例次进行分析，通过SHEL事故分析法对护理缺陷问题进行分析，分析护理缺陷发生的原因，而且结合发生的原因进行改进，统计2019年9月至2020年2月期间院前急救护理缺陷发生情况。结果：2019年9月至2020年2月期间护理缺陷为15例次，较2019年2月至2019年8月期间发生护理缺陷发生率明显降低，护理满意度提高，对比具有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论：SHEL事故分析法应用于院前急救护理管理中，能够降低护理缺陷发生率，提高护理满意度，值得推广。

The influence of SHEL accident analysis on the incidence of nursing defects in pre-hospital emergency care management

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the influence of SHEL accident analysis method on the incidence of nursing defects in pre-hospital emergency care management. Methods： 30 cases of nursing defects occurred during pre-hospital first aid in our hospital were analyzed from February 2019 to August 2019. The nursing defects were analyzed through SHEL accident analysis method， and the causes of nursing defects were analyzed. The results showed that the nursing defects occurred from September 2019 to February 2020. Results： There were 15 cases of nursing defects from September 2019 to February 2020， the incidence of nursing defects was significantly lower than that from February 2019 to August 2019， and nursing satisfaction was improved， with a significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application of SHEL accident analysis method in pre-hospital emergency care management can reduce the incidence of nursing defects and improve nursing satisfaction， which is worthy of promotion.

院前急救是医院医疗急救体系中关键部分，因为院前急救患者病情严重，抢救设备有限，护理风险较大，因此有必要给予更加高效、安全的护理管理[1]。本文对2019年2月至2019年8月期间我院院前急救发生的护理缺陷40例次进行分析，详细报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料 对2019年2月至2019年8月期间我院院前急救发生的护理缺陷40例次进行分析，通过SHEL事故分析法对护理缺陷问题进行分析，分析护理缺陷发生的原因，而且结合发生的原因进行改进，统计2019年9月至2020年2月期间院前急救护理缺陷发生情况。我院急诊护士共计26名，其中女24名、男2名；年龄25～39岁，平均（27.74±5.33）歲；护龄3～17年，平均（8.94±1.45）年；文化程度：中专为3名，大专为13名，本科为10名；婚姻状况：未婚未11名，已婚未15名。……
