老龄化背景下贵州省高职院校养老服务专业人才培养与培训研究

摘要：在老龄化背景下，贵州省高职院校养老服务专业探索人才培养和培训的相结合的模式。本文结合贵州省高职院校现有养老服务专业人才培养和培训的问题，提出贵州省高职院校养老服务专业人才培养和培训应进一步深化“产教融合、校企合作”，高职院校教师和养老机构专家共同完善养老服务专业课程设置、制定活页教材，同时注重“双岗”教师的培养和培训，面向贵州省培养和培训出高素质高技能养老人才，以促进我省养老产业的发展。

Abstract：On the background of aging，Guizhou higher vocational colleges explore the combination of talent training and training mode.In this paper，combined with the existing problems of talent training and training of pension service specialty in Guizhou higher vocational colleges，it is proposed that the talent training and training of pension service specialty in Guizhou higher vocational volleges should further deepen the "integration of production and education，school and enterprise cooperation"，teachers of higher vocational colleges and experts of pension institutions should jointly improve the curriculum of pension service specialty，develop teaching materials，and pay attention to the training of "double post" teachers.In order to promote the development of pension industry in Guizhou Province，we should cultivate and train high-quality and high skilled pension talents.

我國已进入老龄化社会发展的中期。据《2019年民政事业发展统计公报》显示，截止2019年底，全国60周岁以上的老年人口25388万人，占总人口的18.1%，其中 65 周岁及以上老年人口 17603 万人，占总人口的 12.6%，[1]党中央、国务院出台相关政策，积极推进养老事业的发展，《国务院关于推进养老服务发展的意见》提出：“2022年在保障人人享有基本养老服务的基础上，有效满足老年人多样化、多层次养老服务需求，老年人及其子女获得感、幸福感、安全感显著提高。[2]”养老产业的发展需要一批高素质高技能的养老服务人才，我国积极发展职业教育，把培养和培训养老服务专业人才提到了重要位置。

一、老龄化背景下贵州省养老服务人才培养和培训现状

2003年贵州省迈入老龄化社会，截止2020年全省65岁以上老年人口达到390.55万人，占人口比重的10.78%。[3]贵州省位于西南部，是我国“未富先老”的省份之一，同时也是青壮年劳务输出大省，特别是农村地区，空巢老人居多。……
