机械装备制造中智能化的应用

摘要：智能化是机械装备制造产业发展的主要方向，其能有效提升机械装备的整体性能。本文在阐述机械装备制造中智能化技术应用价值的基础上，就智能化技术的具体应用要点展开分析，并指出智能化技术在机械装备制造中的具体应用情况。期望能实现机械装备制造与智能化技术的有效融合，继而提升装备性能优势，促进机械制造产业的有序发展。

Abstract： Intelligence is the main direction of the development of machinery and equipment manufacturing industry， which can effectively improve the overall performance of mechanical equipment. Based on the value of intelligent technology in the manufacture of mechanical equipment， this paper analyzes the application points of intelligent technology， and points out the specific application of intelligent technology in the manufacturing of mechanical equipment. It is expected to realize the effective integration of mechanical equipment manufacturing and intelligent technology， and then improve the performance advantages of equipment and promote the orderly development of the machinery manufacturing industry.

0  引言

工业4.0背景下，我国提出《中国制造2025》规划，明确提出要加快机械、电子等多个行业生产装备的智能化改造，以此来提高精准制造、敏捷制造能力。智能化技术是《中国制造2025》计划实现的关键技术，其对于整个机械装备制造、乃至整个工业产业的发展具有深远影响[1]。

1  机械装备制造中智能化技术的应用价值

智能化技术对于机械装备制造产业的发展具有深刻影响。一方面，现代工业生产模式下，机械装备制造多采用流水线生产方式，这种生产方式具备一定的自动化特征。随着智能化技术的发展，其在机械装备制造生产过程及装备本身上的应用逐渐增多，这不仅提升了机械装备制造的效率和质量，而且有效地提升了机械装备自身的使用性能。另一方面，在智能化机械装备的支撑下，现代工业生产管理模式发生了较大变化，即机械产品自身的智能化程度提升，这有效地满足了现代工业精细化上生产的需要，促进了工业产业的持续、稳定发展。……
