精益生产在复材制件生产中的实践应用

摘要： 精益生产管理是以消灭浪费和不断改善为核心，降低成本，使企业以更少的投入达到利润最大化。对生产制造企业实施精益化管理，可以消除生产中的浪费，降低企业生产运营效率，提高产品质量，缩短交货周期，进而提升企业的综合竞争力。因此对精益生产方式的深入研究探讨，对每个企业都有重大的现实意义。本文介绍了通过利用精益工具和管理方法，结合精益生产的思想，在复材制件压缩生产流程、精益化改善等方面持续改善，使产品质量稳步提升，生产周期大幅缩减，達到了降本提效的效果。

Abstract： Lean production management is to eliminate waste and continuous improvement as the core， reduce costs. So that enterprises with less investment to maximize profits. The implementation of lean management for manufacturing enterprises can eliminate the waste in production， reduce the production and operation efficiency， improve product quality， shorten the delivery cycle， and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore， the in-depth study of lean production mode is of great practical significance to every enterprise. This paper introduces a kind of composite shell. By using Lean tools and management methods，combined with the idea of lean production， continuous improvement in production process， lean and other aspects， the product quality is steadily improved，the production cycle is greatly reduced， and the effect of cost reduction and efficiency is achieved.

0  引言

随着制造业的蓬勃发展，制造业需要不断向降低成本，提高效率的方向迈进，精益生产在制造业中越来越受到企业的重视，其核心理念就是精益管理思想，通过生产过程优化，技术改进，消除浪费，达到用最少的投入实现最大的产出的目的。因此精益思想用在复合材料的制造生产中也具有重要的价值[1]。

1  精益生产实施背景及必要性

精益生产把对客户的关注分解成为具体的流程和行动，全面改善各类流程的质量、成本和效率，对战略落地、执行能力提升具有强大支撑作用，是提升企业效益、实现管理提升的有效途径，是公司核心竞争力的重要组成部分。[2]

随着复合材料产量连年提升，但生产场地使用面积、生产设备、生产人员没有增加，严重影响着复合材料制件的准时输出，产能面临瓶颈。……
