补中益气汤对新城疫疫苗免疫效果的影响

摘要：为了研究补中益气汤对鸡新城疫疫苗免疫效果的影响，试验锥鸡在用新城疫La Sota系冻干苗进行免疫时，1～3组分别按0.125、0.25、0.5 g/mL 3个浓度灌服补中益气汤1 mL，连续10 d，4组、5组灌服等量生理盐水。各组分别于21、28、35、42、49日龄采血测定新城疫血凝抑制抗体水平。试验结果显示，高剂量补中益气汤能显著提高新城疫抗体效价，中、高剂量的补中益气汤对抗体产生有不同程度的增强作用。结果表明，补中益气汤能有效提高新城疫疫苗免疫效果。

Effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction on the Immune Efficacy of Newcastle Disease Vaccine

Abstract ：In order to study the effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction on the immune efficacy of Newcastle Disease Vaccine，when experimental chickens were immunized with Newcastle disease La Sota freeze-dried vaccine，groups 1-3 were given BuzhongYiqi Decoction 1 mL at three concentrations of 0.125，0.25 and 0.5 g/mL respectively，for 10 consecutive days. Groups 4 and 5 were given the same amount of normal saline. Blood was collected from each group at 21，28，35，42 and 49 days of age to determine the level of Newcastle disease hemagglutination inhibitory antibody.The test results showed that high-dose Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction significantly increased the antibody titer of Newcastle disease，and medium and high Doses Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction enhanced the antibody production to different degrees. The results show that Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction can effectively improve the immune efficacy of Newcastle disease vaccine.

随着畜牧养殖业的不断发展，通过疫苗免疫控制动物疾病是非常重要且有效的手段。但是，在养禽生产中仍然普遍存在疫苗免疫接种预防效果不佳及用量加大而未达到理想的治疗和预防效果的问题[1]。临床试验表明，免疫增强剂能明显增强机体免疫力，提高机体的抗病能力，加强疫苗的保护力，对控制动物疾病的流行起着非常关键的作用[2]。因此，研究中药免疫增强剂对疫苗免疫效果的影响，对于提高畜禽自身免疫机能、抗病力和生产力及增加畜牧业的经济效益具有十分重要的意义。根据雏鸡的生理特点，组建了中药补中益气汤，检测其在雏禽养殖中对雏禽免疫力的影响效果。

1材料和方法

1.1实验动物和分组

150只1日齡非免疫健康817维鸡随机分为5组，每组30只，常规饲养管理。1～3组为补中益气汤低、中、高剂量组，按0.125、0.25、0.5 g/mL 3个浓度每天灌服补中益气汤1 mL，连续10 d，4组为生理盐水对照组，5组为空白非免疫对照组，4组和5组灌服等量生理盐水。……
