猪子宫内膜炎发生原因、临床症状与防治

摘要：子宫内膜炎是造成繁殖母猪繁殖障碍的一种常见的生殖系统疾病，引起该种疾病的原因十分复杂，包括病理性因素，养殖管理因素。子宫内膜炎发生流行后，如果没有做出有效的诊断，采取合理有效的措施进行治疗，易造成繁殖母猪异常发情，主要表现为发情不稳定，发情无规律或者发情周期延长，多次配种不能够正常受胎，妊娠后易出现流产。近年，随着人工授精技术的有效推广和应用，繁殖母猪子宫内膜炎的发生率呈现逐渐升高趋势，严重损害养殖场的经济效益。该文主要论述猪子宫内膜炎的发生原因、临床症状，然后提出防治措施。

Causes，Clinical Symptoms and Prevention Measures of Porcine Endometritis XU Dongsheng

Abstract：Endometritis is a common reproductive system disease causing reproductive failure in breeding sows. The causes of this disease are complex，including pathological factors and breeding management factors. If effective diagnosis and treatment are not made after the epidemic of Endometritis，abnormal estrus may occur in breeding sows，which is characterized by unstable estrus，irregular estrus or prolonged estrus cycle，repeated insemination can not be normal pregnancy，easy to appear abortion after pregnancy. In recent years，with the effective promotion and application of artificial insemination technology，the occurrence rate of Endometritis in breeding sows has gradually increased，which seriously damages the economic benefit of breeding farms. This article mainly discusses the causes and clinical symptoms of Endometritis，and then puts forward the prevention and treatment measures.

子宫内膜炎是母猪群体中发生流行率极高的一种疾病，主要是指子宫黏膜表层出现黏液化或者化脓性炎症病变。通常是由大肠杆菌、链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、抱状杆菌等能感觉感染引起，临床症状主要表现为发情时间紊乱，发情症状异常，部分母猪尽管能够正常发情，但是不能正常受孕。即使繁殖母猪能正常的受孕，也会表现为经常性的流产，对生猪养殖产业构成的威胁极大，既容易造成巨大经济损失。当前在很多集约化规模化养殖场中子宫内膜炎的發病率20%～50%，疾病在养殖场中快速传蔓延会延长繁殖母猪的繁殖周期，有时会导致大量高产繁殖，母猪淘汰，病情加重时会因为严重的败血症使得猪群死亡。……
