畜产品质量监督与检验存在的问题及改进措施

摘要：随着规模化养殖产业的不断推进，很多传染性疾病，尤其是外来传染性疾病的发病流行率逐渐提升，对牲畜的健康生长发育构成了不良的影响。畜牧业投入品使用不当造成生产出来的畜产品存在不同程度的药物残留。新时期加强畜产品质量监督与检验，对保证畜禽产品质量安全，促进畜牧养殖产业健康发展和农村经济的可持续提升有很大的作用。该文主要论述畜产品质量监督面临的问题，并提出相应的监督检验策略，希望研究成果对广大同行有所帮助。

Problems and Improvement Measures in Quality Supervision and Inspection of Animal Products PAN Haiyuan

Abstract：with the continuous promotion of large-scale breeding industry，the incidence and prevalence of many infectious diseases，especially exotic infectious diseases，has gradually increased，which has a negative impact on the healthy growth and development of livestock. Improper use of animal husbandry inputs results in different levels of drug residues in animal products. In the new era，strengthening the quality supervision and inspection of animal products plays a great role in ensuring the quality and safety of animal products，promoting the healthy development of animal husbandry industry and the sustainable improvement of rural economy. This paper mainly discusses the problems faced by the quality supervision of animal products，and puts forward the corresponding supervision and inspection strategies，hoping that the research results will be helpful to the majority of peers.

當前基层地区的动物养殖产业得到不同程度的发展，规模化养殖场的建设数量呈现逐渐增加的态势，动物养殖种类逐渐繁多。在此基础上，因为养殖管理人员的不科学养殖行为，很多传染性疾病逐渐加重流行。各种传染性疾病的传播流行、药物残留、人为添加违禁药品等问题普遍存在。为切实了解畜禽产品的质量安全现状，需要掌握当前畜禽产品质量监督存在的突出问题，然后构建针对性的解决方案，保障畜禽产品质量安全。

1田林县畜产品质量监督检验现状

田林县位于广西壮族自治区百色市的北部，当地山地较多，气候潮湿温暖，光照比较充足，十分适合畜牧养殖产业的发展。近年来随着田林县畜牧产业结构调整力度不断加大，当地的畜牧养殖业不断发展壮大。截止到2020年年底，存栏牛12万头，羊24万头，鸡53万羽。……
