一起猪后圆线虫病并发猪肺疫的诊治

摘要：猪后圆线虫病是养殖场发生流行率较高的一种肺部疾病，主要在支气管和肺泡中寄生，引发一系列的呼吸道症状。该类寄生虫病在轻度感染中不会表现出明显的临床症状，但是會对猪的生长发育构成一定的影响，造成增重放缓，抗病能力显著变差，肺脏系统的保护功能逐渐变差，易引发继发感染，甚至停止生长，使养殖场大量猪淘汰。临床上猪后圆线虫病经常与猪肺疫疾病混合感染，由于2种疾病都会引发猪出现典型的呼吸系统症状，症状相似，诊断难度较大，常会错过最佳的防控时机，使临床症状逐渐加重，引发严重的发病和死亡，带来不必要的经济损失。该文主要论述猪后圆线虫病并发猪肺疫的诊断与防治，希望对更好地控制该类疾病的发生流行有一定帮助。

Diagnosis and Treatment of a Pig Post-roundworm Disease Complicated with Porcine Lung Disease

Abstract：Post-swine strongyliasis is a lung disease with high prevalence in pig farms. It mainly parasitizes in bronchus and Alveoli and causes a series of respiratory symptoms. This kind of parasitosis will not show obvious clinical symptoms in mild infection，but it will affect the growth and development of pigs to a certain extent，resulting in slow weight gain，significant deterioration in disease resistance，and gradual deterioration of the lung system's protective function，easy to cause secondary infection，or even stop growing，so that a large number of pig farms out. In clinical practice，post-swine strongyliasis is often co-infected with porcine pulmonary disease. Because both diseases can cause typical respiratory symptoms in pigs，the symptoms are similar and diagnosis is difficult. The best time for prevention and control is often missed，causes the clinical symptom to aggravate gradually，causes the serious morbidity and the death，brings the unnecessary economic loss. This paper mainly discs the diagnosis and control of post-swine roundworm disease complicated with swine lung disease，hoping to be helpful to control the occurrence and prevalence of this disease.

猪后圆线虫病是由后圆线虫感染引发的一种体内寄生虫疾病，临床上造成的死亡率相对较低，但经常会与多种细菌性疾病，病毒性疾病混合感染，尤其是经常和、病毒性传染性疾病混合感染，造成大批量的猪群死亡，给养殖场带来巨大的经济损失。当猪群受到后圆线虫的威胁后，肺脏黏膜、支气管黏膜的保护功能逐渐变差，各种病原会趁机侵入引发混合感染。猪肺是由巴氏杆菌感染引发的一种细菌性传染性疾病，俗称锁喉风。临床上大多数患病病例表现为出血性败血症，咽喉炎症病变和肺炎病变。……
