Abstract： The concept of energy conservation and emission reduction was first proposed in the Outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. So far， "energy conservation and emission reduction" has officially entered the vision of Chinese citizens. In recent years， China's market economy gradually improve， people's quality of life gradually improve， almost every family has reached the goal of building a house a car， but with the deepening of the concept of low carbon environmental protection， energy conservation and emissions reduction， in the market economy in our country there are various types of new energy products， new energy vehicles is one of the representative. Due to the short time of emergence of new energy vehicles， their technology research and development is relatively immature， leading to many obstacles in the process of development， but also for the future development prospects of new energy vehicles caused a certain impact.
