飞机定检维修中风险管理的应用分析

摘要：近些年，科技水平在飞速发展，飞机在人们的日常出行中扮演着越来越重要的角色。飞机不仅科技含量高，且对安全性要求也很高。因此，飞机的定检维修人员必须要仔细认真对飞机的各个部位进行检测与维修。将风险管理理论融入飞机的维修体系中，可提升飞机的定检维修质量。本文从飞机的定检维修特征描述入手，并进一步提出风险管理理论融入飞机定检维修的方式方法，希望对飞机定检维修工作的提升提供一定助力。

Abstract： In recent years， with the rapid development of science and technology， airplanes are playing an increasingly important role in people's daily travel. The aircraft not only has high technological content， but also has high safety requirements. Therefore， the regular inspection and maintenance personnel of the aircraft must carefully inspect and repair all parts of the aircraft. Integrating risk management theory into the aircraft maintenance system can improve the quality of aircraft maintenance. This article starts with the description of the aircraft’s regular inspection and maintenance features， and further proposes ways and means to integrate the risk management theory into the aircraft’s regular inspection and maintenance， hoping to provide some assistance to the improvement of the aircraft’s regular inspection and maintenance work.

0  引言

作為一种较为常见的管理模式，风险管理对于提升工作质量有很大帮助，对提升工作安全系数也多有助益。在飞机定检维修工作中，风险管理理论的融入，可将定检维修的质量与效率都进行提升。通过风险管理理论的融入，也能使得飞机定检维修工作的实施更为顺利，对于国内民航事业发展也很有帮助。[1]

1  飞机定检维修的几点特征

1.1 偶然性与隐蔽性

飞机定检维修的偶然性是指在维修过程中存在的不确定性因素极易导致飞行故障的发生。飞机定检维修的隐蔽性是指在检修过程中，某些问题处于隐藏状态，具有隐蔽性，不容易被发现。所以，在完成了定检维修之后，还要对整个飞机进行配套的飞机运转测试，这对于隐藏性故障、偶然性故障的排除具有积极意义。

1.2 必然性与可逆性

飞机定检维修的必然性是指飞机一直在更新换代，进行定检工作难度较高，工作人员压力较大，容易发生失误而导致检修质量的降低。……
