数控技术在自动化机械制造中的运用研究

摘要：近年来，由于世界工业化进程持续深化，使我国机械制造业势必需要紧跟时代发展潮流及步伐，进而才能生产出多元化及多功能的机械产品。然而，即便应用自动化生产设备能满足产出多功能零部件的要求，为日常生活及生产提供更多便利，但是自动化机械制造水平较低，易阻碍行业持续进步及发展。因此，本文以自动化机械制造应用数控技术的必要性为切入点，进一步提出具体的应用要点，旨在全面提升自动化机械制造工作的质量效益。

Abstract： In recent years， due to the continuous deepening of the world's industrialization process， my country's machinery manufacturing industry will inevitably need to keep up with the development trend and pace of the times in order to produce diversified and multifunctional mechanical products. However， even if the application of automated production equipment can meet the requirements of producing multifunctional parts and provide more convenience for daily life and production， the low level of automated machinery manufacturing can easily hinder the continuous progress and development of the industry. Therefore， this article takes the necessity of applying numerical control technology in automated machinery manufacturing as an entry point， and further proposes specific application points， aiming to comprehensively improve the quality and benefit of automated machinery manufacturing.

0  引言

数控技术，又称“数字化控制技术”，該技术主要通过电子编程控制各种生产设备，是电子计算机于工业领域中快速发展的集中体现。不同于西方发达国家，我国数控技术的出现时间相对较晚，其原因在于我国电子计算机发展领域始终落后于西方发达国家，例如：光刻机等垄断性技术，严重阻碍我国计算机行业的发展进程，以至于我国数控技术短时间内处于发展初期阶段[1]。即便自动化机械制造中数控技术占据极其重要的地位及作用，但是无法与西方国家自动化机械制造生产厂家相媲美。除引进国外优秀技术外，高度重视专业化人才的培养，否则无法实现技术“超车”发展的目标。鉴于此，本文针对“数控技术在自动化机械制造中的运用”进行分析研究具有重要的价值意义。……
