多模式教学在麻醉专科护士基地培训中的应用

摘  要 目的：探讨多模式教学在麻醉专科护士基地培训中的应用效果。方法：通过翻转课堂教学、临床实践教学、小组讨论教学、情境模拟教学和PBL教学等多模式教学方法在麻醉专科护士基地培训教学中的实施，制定学员综合能力评价量表、教学评价量表以及学员满意度调查表，评价多模式教学在麻醉专科护士基地培训中的应用效果。结果：基地培训后，学员综合能力评价比培训前有明显提高（P<0.05），教学实践评价整体满意度为96.36%，学员培训满意度均高于3.5分（总分5分）。结论：多模式教学充分调动了麻醉专科护士的能动性和积极性，提高了学员的综合能力，为麻醉专科护士培训提供了方向和参考。

Application of Multi-Mode Teaching in Training of Anesthesia Specialty Nurse Training Base//TAN Yunwen， FANG Yulan， ZHANG Hui， GUO Lin， SU Dan， HE Qiyue

Abstract Objective： To explore the application effect of multi-mode teaching in the training of nurse anesthetist base. Methods： Accor-ding to the flipped classroom teaching， clinical practice teaching， group discussion teaching， simulation teaching and PBL teaching， such these multi-mode teaching methods which applied in anesthesiaspecialty nurse training base， to develop students comprehensive ability evaluation scale， teaching evaluation scale and student satis-faction survey， therefore， evaluating the effect of multimodal tea-ching applied in anesthesia specialty nurses training base. Result： The evaluation results of trainees comprehensive ability after trai-ning in the base is significantly improved compared with that before training （P<0.05）， the overall satisfaction of teaching practice eva-luation is 96.36%， and the training satisfaction of trainees is higher than 3.5 points （5 points in total）. Conclusion： Multi-mode teaching has fully mobilized the initiative and enthusiasm of anesthetist nur-ses， improved the students comprehensive ability， and provided direction and reference for the training of nurses anesthetist.

0  前言

隨着现代麻醉学科工作范畴的不断扩大及麻醉学专业的快速发展，麻醉科护士的需求量持续增加[1]，特别是《关于加强和完善麻醉医疗服务的意见》（国卫医发〔2018〕21号）要求二级以上医疗机构麻醉科配备麻醉护士[2]，麻醉护理队伍将迅速发展壮大。相比于麻醉护理发展较为成熟的美国和台湾等地区，国内目前缺乏完善的人才培养、考核和认证体系，麻醉护理发展仍处于探索阶段[3-4]。

麻醉护理专业的应急情况多、工作面广等特殊性决定了麻醉护理应走专科护理的发展方向[5]。南京护理学会为加强麻醉专科护士人才培养和队伍能力建设，贯彻落实《南京市“十三五”护理事业发展规划（2016—2020）》精神，结合南京市麻醉护理发展的实际情况，经南京市卫计委批准，授予笔者所在医院为首批南京市级麻醉护理专科护士培训及实习基地，系国内首家麻醉专科护士培训基地。……
