绿色建筑理念在医疗建筑中的应用研究

摘 要：绿色建筑设计理念目前已经成为建筑行业设计和建设的主流思想。医院作为一种特殊的建筑类型，不仅要考虑工程本身的内容，也要从心理学、社会学等方面体现人性化和人文关怀。本文以永川区中医院项目为例，从场地选址、环境设计及材料节能减排方面探讨了绿色理念在医疗建筑设计和建设过程中的可行性，以期为同类工程的设计施工提供指导和借鉴。

Abstract：The concept of green building design has become the mainstream idea in the design and construction of the construction industry.As a special type of building，hospital should not only consider the content of the project itself，but also reflect the humanization and humanistic care from the aspects of psychology and sociology.Taking the project of Yongchuan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as an example，this paper discusses the feasibility of green concept in the design and construction of medical buildings from the aspects of site selection，environmental design and material energy conservation and emission reduction，in the hope of providing guidance and reference for the design and construction of similar projects.

建筑行業的发展不可避免地导致生态、环境、资源等方面的破坏，随着社会和科学的发展，建筑行业的可持续发展越来越受到重视，绿色建筑理念在现代建筑行业逐渐成为主流思想，并贯彻于建筑生产的全寿命周期过程中[12]。随着20世纪90年代在英国发布的世界上首部绿色建筑标准，国内外学者对绿色建筑理念开展了系统的研究，建立了一系列绿色建筑评价标准和体系。在我国，虽然绿色建筑设计理念的发展只有短短数十年，但已经有了长足的进步，如2006年住建部颁布了《绿色建筑评价标准》，各省市也开始编制适合本省市地域特征和发展动态的绿色建筑设计标准体系。

医院类建筑是一种特殊的建筑设计类型，其功能复杂、专业性强，且能够满足医疗体系的发展和变化带来的建筑工程的新需求能特点[3]。绿色医疗建筑的设计有别于普通建筑的设计理念，在满足医疗建筑特殊功能的同时，又要保证环境、材料和资源的绿色应用，满足节能环保生态的要求[45]。本文基于重庆市永川区中医院为工程实例，从工程选址、交通及环境设计和绿色建材选用等方面，探讨绿色建筑设计理念在医疗建筑中的应用，以期为同类型绿色建筑设计和施工提供思路和借鉴。

1 工程概况

永川区中医院位于重庆市永川区凤凰湖工业园区内昌龙大道西侧，拟建900床，日门诊量3000人次左右，日急诊量300人次，总建筑面积约150000m2左右的三级综合性甲等医院。目前在建的一期工程，地上四层，地下一层，建筑高度21.2m，为多层公共建筑。主要包括门诊大厅、门诊、急诊等医疗用房、地下设备用房及车库等结构，总建筑面积为34462m2。其中地上建筑面积26204m2，地下建筑面积8257m2，均为框架剪力墙结构。设计范围包括规划道路红线及用地界限范围内，由批准初步设计所确定的总平面及建筑单体施工图设计，包括总图、建筑、结构、给排水、电气专业设计等。图1为工程项目效果图。
