Abstract： The position of Ideological and political education in quality education is becoming more and more prominent. Only with good ideological and moral quality can we meet the social demand for talents. Vocational education mainly exports professional talents to the society， which has high requirements for talents' professional skills and practical ability. From the perspective of vocational education， it is common to pay attention to professional curriculum education and ignore ideological and political education. Moreover， ideological and political courses and professional courses are set separately， and the integration and penetration of the two are not good， which leads to the poor effect of Ideological and political education. Taking the elderly service and management as an example， this paper explores the integration strategy of ideological education and professional curriculum education.
