循证护理在肿瘤科护理教学查房中的应用

【摘要】目的：在醫院的肿瘤科室的护理实习生中采用循证护理教学，讨论这种教学方式相比于常规的一般护理教学所具备的优势。方法：本研究纳入的研究对象为我院肿瘤科的护理实习生。从2018年5月到2020年5月之间，共有符合标准的50例护理实习生。护理实习生随机抽取数字并且按照数字大小分配，得到了人数相等的常规教学组和优化教学组。常规教学组的护理实习生按照传统的带教模式进行护理知识和专业技能的学习，而优化教学组的护理实习生则进行循证护理教学。通过专业的考核对两组护理实习生的护理能力进行多方面的评分，同时收集患者对两组护理实习生护理服务的满意度评分。结果：和常规教学组相比，接受优化教学的护理实习生在护理能力综合测评中拥有显著较高的评分（P<0.05）。同时，患者也表现出对优化教学组的护理实习生更高的满意度评价（P<0.05）。结论：对于医院肿瘤科的护理实习生来说，循证护理教学模式很适合应用于此，不仅可以全面地提升护理实习生的综合护理能力，还能很好地提高患者对护理服务的满意度。总的来说，该教学模式适合进一步推广和发展。

Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Oncology Department Nursing Teaching Rounds

【Abstract】Objective：To adopt evidence-based nursing teaching among nursing trainees in the oncology department of a hospital， and discuss the advantages of this teaching method compared with conventional general nursing teaching.Methods：The subjects included in this study were nursing interns in the oncology department of our hospital. From May 2018 to May 2020， there were a total of 50 nursing interns who met the criteria. Nursing interns randomly selected numbers and assigned them according to the size of the numbers， and got an equal number of regular teaching group and optimized teaching group. Nursing interns in the conventional teaching group follow the traditional teaching model to learn nursing knowledge and professional skills， while the nursing interns in the optimized teaching group conduct evidence-based nursing teaching. Through professional assessment， the nursing ability of the two groups of nursing interns was scored in various aspects， and at the same time， the patients’ satisfaction with the nursing service of the two groups of nursing interns was collected. Results： Compared with the conventional teaching group， the nursing interns who received the optimized teaching had a significantly higher score in the comprehensive assessment of nursing ability （P<0.05）. At the same time， the patients also showed a higher satisfaction evaluation of the nursing interns in the optimized teaching group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： For nursing interns in the hospital oncology department， the evidence-based nursing teaching model is very suitable for this application. It can not only comprehensively improve the comprehensive nursing ability of nursing interns， but also improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing services. In general， this teaching model is suitable for further promotion and development.

为了进一步确定循证护理在医院肿瘤科的应用价值，本研究要求护理实习生部分采用常规护理教学，部分采用循证护理教学，并将教学成果进行对比分析，并且获得了初步的研究成果。……
