试析中学足球教育模式变革

【摘  要】中学生正处于身体和心智发育的黄金时期，但是由于应试教育理念的影响，导致教育活动中过分重视学生心智的成长，对身体素质的锻炼存在一定程度的忽视。足球运动不仅能够有效提高学生身体素质，更能锻炼学生合作能力、竞争意识等多项素养，足球运动教育对学生成长具有重要作用，需要引起中学学校的高度重视，急切需要进行新一轮的教育变革。

【Abstract】High school students are in the golden age of physical and mental development， but due to the influence of the test-oriented education concept， the educational activities pay too much attention to the mental growth of students， and there is a certain degree of neglect of physical fitness exercise. Football not only can effectively improve the physical fitness of students， but also can exercise many qualities such as the ability of cooperation and competitiveness of students. Football education plays an important role in the growth of students. It needs to be highly valued by high school， and a new round of education is urgently needed. change.

一、影响中学足球运动教育模式變革的关键因素

（一）应试教育理念的影响

虽然在当今时代，素质教育理念方兴未艾，高考依旧是学生改变命运的重要关卡，学生面临着巨大的学习压力和高考竞争，使中学院校教育体系当中更加重视知识类学科的学习，而忽略体育教学工作的展开。对于学生来说，主要生活空间是在学校和家庭，在学校的时候，教师为了让学生能够在考试中获取更高的分数，会大量布置学习任务;在家庭当中，家长也存在“望子成龙，望女成凤”的心理，认为高考是学生一生当中的重要关卡，在中学阶段要抓紧一切时间进行文化课的学习，认为足球运动是一种玩乐方式，对于学生参与足球运动有一定的抵制心理。

（二）学生对足球运动缺乏兴趣

在素质教育模式当中，极为关键的就是要注重学生学习兴趣的引导，充分发挥学生的主观能动性，让学生积极自主地利用一切时间来学习。……
