增设SIROX进料气锁喷吹清洁装置

摘  要：在卷烟制丝过程中，烘丝是一个重要的工序。德国HAUNI公司生产的KLD-2Z型烘丝机具有烘丝能力强、烟丝卷曲度高、均匀性好、出口水分稳定等优点，适用于制丝生产线的烘丝工序。在KLD-2Z型烘丝机使用中发现，由于其膨胀单元SIROX进料气锁长期受到下方加湿喷管的蒸汽的喷吹，进料气锁叶轮和与侧板的缝隙由于潮湿将部分烟丝粘连，并越积越多形成湿团烟丝，最后由于自重掉落流入烘筒。该湿团烟丝无法被烘丝机彻底烘干，导致烘丝质量降低。经观察分析，用一股压缩空气，专用于进料气锁入口对其侧壁和叶轮进行喷吹，通过改进取得了较好的效果，有效减少湿团烟丝的形成，保证烘丝质量、降低了后续产生黄斑烟的风险。

Abstract： In the process of cigarette silk making， drying silk is an important process. KLD-2Z type drying machine produced by German Hauni company has the advantages of strong drying capacity， high curl degree of tobacco， good uniformity， stable export moisture and so on. It is suitable for drying process of silk production line. In the use of KLD-2Z type silk dryer， it was found that because the expansion unit SIROX feed air lock was blown by the steam of the humidification nozzle below for a long time， the impeller of the feed air lock and the gap between the impeller and the side plate would adhere to part of the tobacco due to humidity， and more and more accumulated to form wet tobacco， and finally fell into the drying drum due to the dead weight. The wet tobacco can not be thoroughly dried by the drying machine， which leads to the decrease of the quality of the drying silk. Through observation and analysis， a stream of compressed air is used to spray the side wall and impeller of the feed air lock inlet. Through improvement， good results have been achieved， which can effectively reduce the formation of wet cut tobacco， ensure the quality of baked silk and reduce the risk of yellow speckle cigarette.

為了降低KLD-2Z型烘丝机烘后湿团烟丝较多的现象[1]，对整个设备进行检查[2]和研究[3]，发现烟丝进入进料气锁时，由于气锁叶片长期受下方加湿器释放的蒸汽量影响[4-5]，导致气锁径向刀片表面湿润，造成部分烟丝粘连逐渐形成湿团烟丝。加装喷吹装置，可持续对易发生烟丝粘连的区域进行清吹，在该处湿团烟丝形成前及时吹散进入下游工序。

1  工作原理
