蓄热式焚烧炉在制药行业的应用

摘  要：本文以某制药厂RTO处理系统为研究对象，通过控制变量试验方法，在沼气和甲醇废液供热条件下，分别对不同炉膛温度和进气浓度条件下的RTO系统的净化效率进行研究分析，并对4种不同工况条件下的RTO系统运行状态进行统计分析，同时对沼气和甲醇废液两种供热条件下的经济效益进行分析。结果表明，采用两种供热方式，RTO系统处理效率均保持在99%以上的高效率，且处理系统稳定;同时利用厂房产生的沼气与甲醇废液，以无害化、资源化的方式极大降低RTO系统的运行费用，优化了RTO系统在运行方面的经济性与节能性，实现较高的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract： Taking the RTO treatment system of a pharmaceutical factory as the research object， through the control variable test method， under the heating conditions of biogas and methanol waste liquid， this paper studies and analyzes the purification efficiency of RTO system under different furnace temperatures and inlet concentrations， and statistically analyzes the operation state of RTO system under four different working conditions. At the same time， the economic benefits of biogas and methanol waste liquid under two heating conditions are analyzed. The results show that with the two heating modes， the treatment efficiency of RTO system remains above 99%， and the treatment system is stable; at the same time， the biogas and methanol waste liquid produced by the plant are used to greatly reduce the operation cost of RTO system in a harmless and resource-based way， optimize the economy and energy saving of RTO system in operation， and realize high social and economic benefits.

蓄热式氧化炉（regenerative thermal oxidizer，RTO）是一种高效节能型燃烧炉，原理是把有机废气加热到760℃以上进行高温氧化分解，分解成二氧化碳和水，产生的高温气体流经特制的陶瓷蓄热体，使陶瓷升温而“蓄热”，此“蓄热”用于预热后续进入的有机废气，周而复始，连续工作[1-5]。蓄热式氧化炉有机废气分解效率可达99%以上，热回收效率达95%以上。近年来，蓄热式焚烧炉因其净化效率高、热回收效率高的优势，而广泛应用在制药行业挥发性有机化合物治理方面。同时，随着《蓄热燃烧法工业有机废气治理工程技术规范》（HJ 1093-2020）的颁布，以及政府对挥发性有机化合物治理的高度重视，对控制大气污染的要求日益提高，蓄热式焚烧炉必将成为挥发性有机化合物治理的首选设备。……
