现代化机械设计制造工艺及精密加工技术探析

摘要：内燃机的运用，使我国各大领域都得到了良好的发展，但是内燃机的工艺手段还需改进，传统的工艺已经跟不上时代发展的步伐，现代化机械设计必须认清时代发展的方向。从机械制造行业的角度出发，为了能够满足当今社会人们的需求，只有对工艺技术进行改革创新，研发出新型的机械制造技术，才能提高市场中的竞争力，使内燃机技术在当今激烈的市场竞争中独占鳌头。本文对现代化机械设计制造工艺及精密加工技术进行简要分析。

Abstract： The application of internal combustion engine has made good development in various fields in China， but the process means of internal combustion engine still need to be improved， the traditional process can not keep pace with the development of The Times， the modern machinery design must recognize the development direction of The Times. From the perspective of machinery manufacturing industry， in order to meet the needs of today's society， only by making reform and innovating the process technology and developing new machinery manufacturing technology， can we improve the competitiveness in the market and make the internal combustion engine technology rank first in today's fierce market competition. This paper briefly analyzes the modern machinery design and manufacturing technology and precision machining technology.

1  機械设计制造工艺及精密加工技术的论述

1.1 机械设计制造工艺  在改革开放以后，我国机械制造行业迎来了发展的契机，为了进一步提高自身发展的情况，机械设计行业积极的引用先进的制造工艺。相比较外国的发达国家，我国机械加工在很多技术方面都比较落后，这些技术的内部结构相对较低，并且生产出的产品质量也都不太好[1]。目前，发达国家中的机械行业，精准度在设计制造工艺中的把控相当高，并且在智能技术出现以后，将其引用到了机械设计制造工艺中，大大推动了机械制造工艺的迅速发展。我国机械设计制造工艺不仅与发达国家在质量与技术方面存在一定的差距，在生产规模与硬件设施方面也与发达国家相差甚远。导致这样差距的原因有多种，我国机械设计制造工业受到历史因素的影响，起步较晚，并且在机械设计和制造工艺方面的技术相对落后。……
