机械加工制造中自动化技术的运用试析

摘要：当前我国市场经济发展的速度越来越快，机械制造产业作为国民经济体系中的重要部分，需要对自身进行技术方面的创造以及革新，使机械制造产业在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利的地位。现如今，机械制造加工中应用的自动化技术越来越广泛，因此要重视将自动化技术以及机械加工制造技术的完美结合，并对相关业务管理实际情况进行融合分析，使两者的实用性价值最大化发挥，促进机械产业的发展，为技术人员提供新的思路。

Abstract： At present， the speed of the development of China's market economy is getting faster and faster. As an important part of the national economic system， the machinery manufacturing industry needs to create and innovate its own technology， so that the machinery manufacturing industry occupies a favorable position in the fierce market competition. Nowadays， machinery manufacturing processing of the application of automation technology is more and more widely， so much attention to automation technology and the perfect combination of mechanical manufacture technology， and integration analysis to the related business management actual situation， to maximize both the practical value of play， promote the development of mechanical industry， providing a new method for the technical personnel.

0  引言

机械加工自动化可以实现加工对象的连续自动化生产工作，使加工生产速度变快，加工的零件也更加精准，达到现代化生产以及制造的要求。实际上，自动化加工技术在我国机械加工制造中的普及以及应用由来已久，使机械加工的自动化技术产生了更多的不同，也实现了更快的发展，包括计算机高度集成化以及集成化制造系统的开发，都很好地促进了我国机械制造自动化的发展。在此基础上，要结合我国的实际情况来看待机械制造加工企业的实际状况，寻找自动化技术应用在机械加工制造中的有效方式，使整体发展效果更加均衡，为推动机械加工制造产业的进步创造良好的机会。

1  自动化技术在机械加工制造中的应用价值分析

自动化技术就是将电子信息技术、计算机技术以及其他新型技术综合起来的现代化技术，这种技术和机械加工制造工作相互结合，可以使工作的速度得到提高，为机械加工制作工作带来更多的人工操作机会，为机械加工制造行业的发展创造良好的经济效益。……
