基于传感器技术的智能制造过程效率提升研究

摘要：随着我国制造业的发展，传感器技术越来越多的应用于制造业中。传感器能够将化学量、物理量和电量转化为计算机能够识别的数字信号，实时的反映各项参数。当今的制造业越来越依赖传感器技术，传感器能在智能制造过程中提升工作效率。本文通过分析传感器技术在智能制造中的应用，希望能对传感器技术在智能制造的发展中有些许作用。

Abstract： With the development of my country's manufacturing industry， sensor technology is increasingly used in manufacturing. The sensor can convert the chemical quantity， physical quantity and electric quantity into digital signals that the computer can recognize， and reflect various parameters in real time. Today's manufacturing industry is increasingly dependent on sensor technology， and sensors can improve work efficiency in the intelligent manufacturing process. This article analyzes the application of sensor technology in intelligent manufacturing， hoping to have a little effect on the development of sensor technology in intelligent manufacturing.

0  引言

目前，各种各样的传感器已经融入了我们生活的各个面面，每秒能够收集大量的数据，并形成了智能物联网的基本要素。作为所有智能设备的感官，传感器收集物理信息，主要包括湿度、温度、压力等多的感知。在智能制造过程中高效化应用传感器技术，它可以更加有效地保证稳定运行系统，以此在智能制造保证效率运行的有效性。

1  传感器技术在智能制造中的应用概述

在智能制造传感器的应用领域，不同行业之间对其应用各具其行业特点。在石化等制造业中，新型高端工业传感器的应用相较而言不多，但在高端制造业，传感器的本土化率仍然很低。智能制造所需的某些特殊部件，如高温高压传感器，其可靠性和稳定性与国外产品相比还是相去甚远。期初，我国大多数智能制造设备都从国外进口，这是非常昂贵的。后期发展中，由于国内相关企业进行了学习，能够独立生產，但是为了便于设备类型选择和运行稳固，传感器通常为原厂产品。……
