信阳师范学院“光盘行动”中学校餐厅参与行为调查与分析

摘要：“光盘行动”是近几年的热门话题，这个词一出现就受到了很多人的关注。在国家如此富强的今天，人们浪费的 食物越来越多，“光盘行动”的推行就变得很有必要，在大学校园践行“光盘行动”不仅关系到国家粮食资源节约、可持续发展观念的落实，更关系到大学生勤俭节约的生活习惯和良好品德的培养。本文将从学校餐厅的饭菜质量和管理等多方面展开调查与分析，并结合当前由于疫情的封校措施，综合论述学校餐厅对于推行“光盘行动”的重要性及改进方法，对更好地推动“光盘行动”具有重要意义。

Abstract： “ CD action” is a hot topic in recent years， the word has been a lot of people’s attention. In the country is so rich and powerful today， people waste more and more food， the implementation of the “ CD action” becomes very necessary， in the university campus practice “ CD action” is not only related to the national food resources conservation， the implementation of the concept of sustainable development， more related to college students thrifty living habits and good moral cultivation. This paper will investigate and analyze the food quality and management of the school cafeteria from many aspects， and combined with the current measures of school closure due to the epidemic， comprehensively discuss the importance and improvement methods of the school cafeteria for the implementation of “ CD-ROM action”， which is of great significance to better promote “ CD-ROM action”.

“光盤行动”这个词最初是由一个组织自行创造的，该团队由社会各行各业人士组成，倡导节约粮食，避免浪费。全世界每年因为粮食问题死亡的人数位居榜首，其数量接近千万，全球的粮食仍然十分匮乏，今年由于疫情的原因，浪费之风卷土重来。2020年8月11日，习近平总书记针对浪费现象发表了重要讲话，总书记用了八个字概括“触目惊心，令人痛心”，号召全体人民珍惜粮食，减少浪费现象的产生。在全社会倡导“光盘行动”的背景下，学校餐厅也是一个重要的关注点，疫情带来的影响导致封校，学生们的就餐选择大幅度地减少，此时学生们能否真正的实现“光盘行动”与学校餐厅的举措就有了很大的关系。
