海洋钻修机液气分离器标准化设计研究

摘  要：海洋钻修机液气分离器是钻修井作业过程中重要的井控装备之一。但由于液气分离器设计依据较少，且缺少应用经验，导致液气分离器设计、建造标准不统一，给海洋钻修机的设计工作者带来了一定的困惑。该文开展了海洋钻修机液气分离器处理能力的分析研究，并对液气分离器本体内径、筒体高度及液封高度等进行了校核计算，给出了设计推荐值，同时对液气分离器配套部件的配置、安装等进行了要求和建议，为今后海洋钻修机液气分离器的设计、建造提供了一定的参考依据。

Research on Standardized Design of Liquid-gas Separator for Offshore Drilling and Workover Rig

Abstract： The liquid-gas separator of offshore drilling and workover rig is one of the important well control equipment in the process of drilling and workover. However， due to the lack of design references and practical application experience， the design and construction standards of liquid-gas separator are not unified， which brings some confusion to the designers of offshore drilling and workover rig. This paper carries out the analysis and research on the processing capacity of the liquid- gas separator of the offshore drilling and workover rig， checks and calculates the inner diameter， height and liquid seal height of the liquid gas separator body， and gives the design recommended value， makes requirements and suggestions on the configuration and installation of the supporting parts of the liquid-gas separator， which provide reference for the design and installation of the liquid-gas separator of the offshore drilling and workover rig in the future.

海洋鉆修机液气分离器是在钻修井作业过程中处理钻井液气侵的专用设备。由于海洋钻修机液气分离器的设计、建造及安装等参考文献较少，且钻井液气分离器实际应  用较少，导致在液气分离器的设计选型、液封高度、防洪吸管及安全阀等方面存在标准不统一、建造不一致等问题，给海洋钻修机液气分离器的设计建造、完整性管理及安全作业带来了一定难度。

该文依据海洋钻修机液气分离器处理能力要求，开展了液气分离器本体内径、筒体高度及液封高度等参数的校核计算，给出了相应的设计推荐值，并对液气分离器配套部件的配置、安装等进行了要求和建议，为今后海洋钻修机液气分离器的设计、建造提供了一定的参考依据。……
