SonicFillTM树脂充填在后牙Ⅱ类洞充填修复中的临床效果观察

[摘要]目的：探究SonicFillTM樹脂充填在后牙Ⅱ类洞充填修复中的美容效果。方法：选择63例（86颗患牙）拟于笔者医院接受后牙Ⅱ类洞修复的患者，均采用SonicFillTM超声树脂填充系统修复，分析患者操作时间及修复后3个月、6个月、1年、2年的成功率，评价患者修复12个月后的美学效果及患者满意度，分析失败病例情况。结果：63例患者86颗患牙平均操作时间（18.82±2.94）min，3个月后86颗患牙均修复成功，成功率100.00%，6个月、12个月、2年后分别修复成功85颗、80颗、78颗患牙，成功率降为98.87%、93.02%、90.70%;修复后1个月，患者修复满意度为100.00%;修复后1年及2年，观察组患者修复效果A级率为固位98.84%和96.51%、色泽匹配93.02%和91.86%、边缘完整性95.35%和93.02%、边缘着色95.35%和94.19%、表面质量93.02%和90.70%、继发龋97.67%和95.35%、术后敏感96.51%和94.19%、牙龈状况96.51%和93.02%，修复效果好;修复后2年，63例患者中失败病例9例，包括充填体脱落3例，慢性牙髓炎2例，继发龋4例。结论：SonicFillTM超声树脂是修复后牙Ⅱ类洞较为理想的充填材料，操作简便，可获得良好的美容效果，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on Clinical Effects of SonicFillTM Resin Filling in the Filling and Restoration of Class Ⅱ Cavity of Posterior Teeth

Abstract：Objective  To explore the cosmetic effects of SonicFillTM resin filling in the filling and restoration of class Ⅱ cavity of posterior teeth. Methods  63 patients （86 affected teeth） who were to receive class Ⅱ cavity restoration of posterior teeth were selected in our hospital and were given SonicFillTM ultrasonic resin filling system for restoration. The operation time and success rate at 3 months， 6 months， 1 year and 2 years after restoration were analyzed among the patients. Aesthetic effects and patient satisfaction were evaluated among the patients after 12 months of restoration， and the status of failure cases were analyzed. Results  The average operation time of 63 patients with 86 affected teeth was （18.82±2.94） min. After 3 months， all 86 affected teeth were successfully restored with a success rate of 100.00%. After 6 months， 12 months and 2 years， 85， 80 and 78  affected teeth were successfully restored with success rates of 8.87%， 93.02% and 90.70%. At 1 month after restoration， the satisfaction of patients with restoration was 100.00%. At 1 year and 2 years after restoration， the restoration effect grade A rates of retention， color matching， edge integrity， edge coloring， surface quality， secondary caries， postoperative sensitivity and gum condition were 98.84% and 96.51%， 93.02% and 91.86%， 95.35% and 93.02%， 95.35% and 94.19%， 93.02% and 90.70%， 97.67% and 95.35%， 96.51% and 94.19%， and 96.51% and 93.02%， with good restoration effect. At 2 years after restoration， 9 of 63 patients failed， including 3 cases of shedding of filling body， 2 cases of chronic pulpitis and 4 cases of secondary caries. Conclusion  SonicFillTM ultrasonic resin is an ideal filling material for the restoration of class Ⅱ cavity of posterior teeth， and it has simple operation， can obtain good cosmetic effects and is worthy of clinical promotion.

我国第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查数据显示，成年人患龋率高达61.0%～75.2%，因龋损或折裂等导致后牙邻面牙体出现缺损十分常见，对此缺损临床通常以嵌体修复或充填修复处理[1-2]。其中，嵌体修复是指将与牙体缺损窝洞相适应的修复体嵌入患牙牙体内部，从而修复牙体缺损形态及功能的修复方式，能够精准恢复患牙牙齿解剖形态、咬合接触及邻接关系，且边缘密合度高[3-4]。……
