基于绿色建筑设计理念的民用建筑设计

摘  要：城市化进程和建筑之间有着不可分割的关系，城市化进程的加快使建筑面临着发展的机遇和挑战。为了解决建筑带来的污染性和高能耗的问题，绿色建筑设计的理念逐渐融入建筑设计师的心中。该文从绿色建筑设计原则的角度出发，分析基于绿色建筑设计理念的民用建筑设计的重要性，探讨绿色建筑设计理念下民用建筑设计的具体应用，并且指出绿色建筑的发展前景。

Civil Building Design Based on Green Building Design Concept

Abstract： There is an inseparable relationship between urbanization and architecture. The acceleration of the process of urbanization makes architecture face both opportunities and challenges. In order to solve the problems of pollution and high energy consumption caused by buildings， the concept of green building design has been gradually integrated into the hearts of architectural designers. From the perspective of green building design principles， this paper analyzes the importance of civil building design based on green building design concept， discusses the specific application of civil building design under green building design concept， and points out the development prospect of green building.

民用建筑和其他類型的建筑有着明显的区别，民用建筑不考虑投资资金的来源和投资的规模等，按其使用的功能可以分为居住建筑和公共建筑两大类，其根本目的是为了满足城市定居人群的基本居住要求。随着建筑业的不断发展，建筑正在逐渐转变资源消耗大和建设代价高的发展状况，在设计阶段就将绿色建筑融入其中，以求最大限度地为居民提供更加美好的居住环境。

1  绿色建筑设计理念的原则

绿色建筑设计中“绿色”指的内容是多方面的，不仅仅是指建筑设计的节能和生态环保，还强调以人为本、整体性以及系统性。同时，这也是绿色建筑设计必须要把握的基本原则。

1.1 绿色建筑设计理念中的节能和生态环保原则

当前，节能理念已经深入到每个人的心中，绿色建筑设计要充分利用节能减排的相关技术，如散热和保温。合理控制污染物的排放量，尽可能地保证居民人居环境的和谐。……
